Superbe séjour dans un superbe hôtel
Pros:

Superbe hôtel en plein centre de Faro, tout est accessible à pied. Personnel très accueillant et très attentif. Très bon petit-déjeuner, équipements très appréciés (piscine en roof top, piscine intérieure, sauna...). C'est la 1ère fois que ça nous arrive et nous avons été surclassés, la chambre était donc très spacieuse avec mini bar gratuit (eau et coca).
Nous regrettons d'y être restés seulement 3 jours.

Cons:

Le seul petit point un tout petit peu négatif, c'est que la chambre était située juste à côté du local d'entretien donc un peu sonore parfois (alors que c'est très très bien insonorisé par rapport à l'extérieur)

Pleasant for short stay.

Comfortable bed, good shower.

Cons:

Better lighting in bathroom and a makeup mirror with adjustments. We had supper in the restaurant, and it was not what we anticipated for a five star hotel. We both had the carbonara and regretfully have to say it was the worst we have ever had. We did eat most of it, thinking that maybe this is the way it is made in Faro. When asked about our meal, we did express our displeasure, and the manager did compensate for one meal which we appreciated. Overall, we did not think this hotel, or some of the younger, inexperienced staff members, and card entry/egress issues, did not meet five star standards to what we are familiar with in the past.

Relaxed, high quality stay
Pros:

Amazing rooftop pool area. Great location. Very enjoyable breakfast and great service.

Cons:

On the pricier side, but worth it in our opinion
