- Please note that for group bookings, a non-refundable prepayment of the total amount is required

- Payment should be made via bank transfer/secured link within 72 hours

- A refundable cash deposit of EUR 250,00 is needed per room at the check-in

- Spa service hours (including heated indoor pool): 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Access reserved for guests over the age of 4 / 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: Access reserved for guests over the age of 13.

- In rooms with a hot tub and/or spa bath, for safety reasons, children are not allowed; they are exclusively for adults.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location with helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent; central to everything. The room was good with a balcony. At booking I was concerned about what is considered a king sized bed in Europe but this was the largest bed we've ever seen. :-) The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The doorman even drove us to the bus station upon our departure.

Cons:

Honestly, not much that I can say that we did not like.

Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The Spa is lovely and definitely worth a visit. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with all what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel.
