- A refundable cash deposit of EUR 250,00 is needed per room at the check-in

- Spa service hours (including heated indoor pool): 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Access reserved for guests over the age of 4 / 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: Access reserved for guests over the age of 13.

Fantastic hotel in a great location for a solo traveller
Pros:

I enjoyed the pool area.
Rooms were lovely & spacious.
Staff were always helpful & so friendly 😊

Cons:

Could do with a few more sunbeds around the pool area.

The best hotel in Faro with city views from the rooftop bar and pool.
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel several times. It’s always nice to stay there, staff very professional and friendly. We noticed they improved the menu adding lots of healthy meals. We will be back next summer. It’s the best hotel in Faro.

Immer wieder unglaublich schön.
Pros:

Wir haben diesen wundervollen Ort in vollen Zügen genossen. Ein Ort, um die Batterien aufzuladen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Unser Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause. Und die rote Katze hat ganz besonders unser Herz erobert.

Herzlichen Dank für alles – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gorgeous hotel with a beautiful spa and rooftop pool
Pros:

Gorgeous room, great bathroom and a wonderful rooftop pool. I loved the spa on level
1, too

Cons:

I ordered nachos from the rooftop restaurant and they were not good. The avocado and cheese appeared to come from
A tube and were not fresh.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Faro highly recommend
Pros:

Modern property
Great location for bars shops and restaurants only a short walk to train station or ferries
Fabulous breakfast and friendly helpful staff
Roof top pool great was never too busy during our visit ( last week in August)

Un hotel perfecto para desconectar y sentirte bien
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. Muy céntrico y muy buenas instalaciones. El desayuno espectacular. Pero nada comparado con el personal. El trato ha sido inmejorable, desde la recepción, restaurantes….

El spa un poco pequeño i el agua de la piscina interior fría, pero no estaba mal

When can I return?
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Our room was amazing (they upgraded us from a standard to a superior plus family room). Staff were very helpful. Breakfast choices were excellent, with a good choice of hot food to order. Amazing club sandwich delivered to the sun lounger on the terrace. Perfect.
