- Please note that for group bookings, a non-refundable prepayment of the total amount is required

- Payment should be made via bank transfer/secured link within 72 hours

- A refundable cash deposit of EUR 250,00 is needed per room at the check-in

- Spa service hours (including heated indoor pool): 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Access reserved for guests over the age of 4 / 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: Access reserved for guests over the age of 13.

- In rooms with a hot tub and/or spa bath, for safety reasons, children are not allowed; they are exclusively for adults.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Die Ausstattung war wirklich sehr ansprechend. Das Bett war riesengroß, super bequem, das Badezimmer war ansprechend, sauber und das Personal war super freundlich.

What I like about the property , first the staff are so welcoming, facilities are fantastic my room is always organised and spotless. The location is superb. My husband and I had a great time staying in 3HB Faro.

Wonderful oasis of comfort for a weekend getaway.
Pros:

The rooms were modern, cosy and comfortable, hotel and SPA facilities were great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was also amazingly located in the Centre of town

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, top Service, super leckeres Frühstück, sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, super schöner Pool mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen.
Parkplatz ist im nahe gelegenen Parking (EU 15 pro Tag) Sie holen einem ab und bringen einem hin (wenn man will) Danke für den Service. Es war rundum ein superschöner Aufenthalt.

Pros:

obsessed with this hotel! the rooftop with infinity pool MADE our stay in faro. the roof also had a perfect view of a stork nest with babies practicing before they fledge. hotel was perfectly clean. extremely spacious. staff was excellent and really went out of there way.
