Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Pros:

Everything - customer service was amazing, nothing was too much of an ask. The rooms are exquisite, beautifully decorated. Pool amazing. Huge thanks to Joana on reception who showed us huge amounts of kindness and great recommendations!

Super nice hotel, in a perfect location in Faro!
Pros:

I liked the professional look, feel and design of the hotel. The location was perfect and the rooms were great, with a small balcony that was lovely to chill on in the evening.

Cons:

The check-in took forever when we arrived, which was frustrating after the trip. They did make up for it by sending a bottle of champagne to our room, which was a nice touch.

A lovely hotel, currently my favourite in Faro
Pros:

I really loved this hotel; it was my second visit. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is well air-conditioned, and the bed is comfortable; the fridge is well stocked, and the Molton Brown products in the bathroom were very welcome. The rooftop pool is lovely. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options. They let me stay on after I'd checked out to use the pool for a few hours. I tried all of the restaurants; the tasting menu is such a wonderful experience, like a love letter from Portugal. I can highly recommend it. The Italian, Pizza/Pasta restaurant was well managed, and the food was delicious. The pool food was perfect for a sunny day. I can't wait to come back.

Excellent
Pros:

An absolutely fabulous 5 star hotel which delivered value for money. The hotel is on the smaller side with around 100 rooms which makes the experience feel 5 star. Cleaning team were fantastic. The food on offer in both restaurants was excellent and a pretty fair price when compared to other 5 star places.

Cons:

There is a lack of sunbeds by the pool area. They could improve the functionality of this space as nobody really used the upright seats.

GORGEOUS hotel! Beautiful room with the most comfortable beds. The options of having two pools was very much appreciated. We visited them both. The location was perfect in the heart of Faro. 10/10

Pros:

Loved this place. The location is unbeatable right in the pedestrian zone, so you step out the door and you're in the middle of Faro with restaurants and shops all around, but somehow it stays calm and quiet inside.

The rooftop pool is the highlight. Great spot to cool off with a view over the city and the Ria Formosa. The spa was a lovely bonus too when we wanted a slower afternoon.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well done every morning. And the staff really made the stay friendly, professional, and happy to help with anything.

Would absolutely come back.

Cons:

very little not to like, the parking situation is tricky let the hotel know they might help you with selectice street parking

A lovely hotel I’d definitely recommend it and return

I genuinely liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were lovely, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was amazing. I booked the 8 course tasting menu and it was spectacular.
