Poor customer service. Stood at reception for 20 minutes to check in whilst staff walked past me.
Location was great and clean and tidy and good value for money
The staff need to be at reception alot more I tried to ring them before I arrived cudnt get anyone on phone for few days plus when we arrived was standing at reception to check in for ages not a good look at all I was that fed up waiting was near going to leave and book somewhere else
The room was very nicely set out and had everything we needed. It was far too hot but we easily managed to change the thermostat. Most staff were very helpful. We had a delicious breakfast served by a waitress who was fabulously helpful and friendly.
We were about to leave our room at 11:05, to check out, when someone knocked at the door and asked, in an officious manner, if we had booked a late check out. I would have expected a little more leniency and grace on the check out time.
Service at the bar was very slow in the evening.
Central location, underground parking, lovely facilities, really nice room with huge comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Everything was wonderful!

Nos alojamos con niños y teníamos un apartamento con un salón-cocina gigantesca equipado con todo lo necesario, habitación independiente, baño muy grande y cuarto independiente con lavadero y tendedero.
El baño impecable de limpio, y las camas muy cómodas.
La ubicación es excelente, súper céntrica y rodeada de pub y restaurantes.
El parking no está incluido, aunque hay uno muy cerca con zona ORA.
