The property is very central for lisburn.
Didn’t book breakfast as we had stayed here before and wasn’t impressed ,drinks in the hotel are quite pricy £6.30 for a pint of cider and £3.30 for a small bottle of sprite.
All good.
Car park only £6 all day.
Bar did close early at 10pm. But bar across the way was open.
Breakfast cost £12. if booked the night before and £15 on the day.
It was worth £2 quid.
Bad.
Tea and coffee out of a tea earn.
No tea cups or and hardly any cold drinks left.
This was at 9.30am with no one else there.
Room was very nice and clean
Bed was great.
I asked for a bath and didn't get one.
They had a mini fridge which I though was good.
And water in room.
Air con too is good.
Shower room was fine and plenty of towels.
Not a bad spot.
I also got a item delivered to the hotel for myself
and they sorted it for me with no hassle.

The kitchen cupboards and drawers were really noisy when closing .. maybe some rubber pads to soften Impact but nothing serious
Pleasantly surprised! Lovely hotel in the heart of Lisburn. Convenient parking with dedicated lift to hotel.
Staff were so very lovely!
We were in apartment one, this was perfect for our wee family. Plenty of space and a nice fresh feel to the rooms.
Sofa bed was extremely hard and there was no mirror in the apartment to be able to use a hairdrier.
The staff, especially Tony who welcomed us at reception. The food was lovely, the ambience and the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟
Our stay was too short.
Great spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent facilities, large showers, coffee machines and BT speaker in the room. Staff very friendly and accommodating also. Food excellent.

Windows in the room don’t open and air con wasn’t very effective at cooling.
Location was amazing. The air con in the room was amazing & the little fridge with 2 free waters.
The bathroom was small in our room. . Also the space around the bed was too small. We travelled 5 hrs plus to get to the hotel from our home and got delayed didn’t arrive till 8:40pm dropped our bag to the room & went straight to the bar to ask about food. Kitchen refused to let us order. Very disappointed.
