Location, great breakfast and the comfiest bed ever

Great spot
We liked everything,from getting out of the lift from the underground carpark we could see a good crowd in with live music and great atmosphere about the place.The reception guy who sadly I have forgot his name was real nice,the room was spotless and spacious.The food was top notch also with great selection of alcohol as well.Maybe over used phrased but this place really is a hidden gem and our new favourite hotel.

The room had been cleaned well.
The location. Inconvenient and pay and display parking that didn't feel secure. Hotel entrance is in a scruffy looking shopping square. Inside, blaring out music. Nowhere for Guests to sit quietly. Nobody at reception mid afternoon, kept waiting. Operating the lift not explained. Inside bedroom, unclear how to put lights on? Very hot room, not explained how to use the very noisy air conditioning. Discovered a small card the next morning that wasn't good at explaining ac. Large bed, far too soft for my liking so slept really bad. Old fashioned TV on wall with freeview only. No comfortable chair in room. Ensuite, sink chipped, shower tray didn't empty water so came close to flooding toilet area. Tried a coffee sachet which was awful so went to a local shop to buy tea, coffee, milk. So disappointed sland was eager to leave early in morning. Finally, what passed for an Irish cooked breakfast was inedible, so couldn't eat. Best part of staying at this hotel was leaving.

Great location.
Checked us in to a dirty room. Confusion with the receptionist, told by the evening receptionist that we had breakfast included, went down for breakfast, was seated by a staff member and then told 10 minutes later breakfast was not included.. breakfast really poor, nothing was replenished, two staff member standing behind the back chatting, no one offered tea/coffee.
