Staff were good. Room was great, bed very comfy. Excellent value for money.
City centre located
Rooms had an awful smell from the toilets. The throw in our bed had a big yellow stain on it. We were attending a wedding and when we came back in that night the guy who greeted us seemed annoyed that we were coming in it felt like we should t have been out late!!

The large open plan reception/seating/bar area and the outside seats made it feel very spacious even when a good number of people were there. The wonderful flowers all around despite some of the public rooms having retained an industrial look - the alterations to an old building were cleverly designed.

I arrived off the ferry at Belfast early morning and came straight to Lisburn, feeling very tired; I had slept badly overnight.
I arrived at the hotel in the morning and asked to get into my room as early as possible. I was prepared to pay extra for it. For the latter part of my wait, the receptionist was too busy to check if any were free and I didn't get into my room until well after 2:30 pm.
The fact I had paid so much more up front than other guests I spoke to per night and it didn't include breakfast, which I had expected for the price.
The view from my room was of a car and lorry park for a business and not attractive, whereas the rooms facing the square that you show in your publicity were.
