This hotel is very nice, rooms are nice. The staff was friendly easy check in and check out.
I did not like that I could not get the streaming feature to work on the TV even after calling the front desk the issue was not resolved. Also breakfast could’ve been better not many choices.
It was comfortable and easy to access from I-95 in Savannah. There was a decent choice of places to eat across the street from the hotel.
It needed a coffee maker in the room. I prefer not to get dressed to walk down to the lobby for coffee in the morning.

I liked the room and the room size. The complementary breakfast was a plus
Before we even arrived, I received a call regarding a hold being placed on my account because of the condition of the room, which was very concerning and unusual. We had booked the room under the understanding that payment would not be required until we arrived. However, the man who called stated that we were required to pay for incidentals before our arrival and insisted that this was standard hotel procedure. I have stayed at hotels many times, and I have never been required to pay incidentals before even arriving at the property. Typically, incidentals are handled at check-in, so the request felt suspicious and gave me the impression that it could potentially be a scam.
Unfortunately, the experience did not improve once we arrived. The staff was rude and unprofessional. One staff member questioned us about where we were from and was unnecessarily rude. When we arrived, he did not greet us or acknowledge us at all. Although he was not officially on duty yet, he was standing at the front desk, and completely ignoring arriving guests was extremely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, we were greeted by roaches when we entered the room, and we ended our stay by finding another roach in the shower. This was completely unacceptable and made us extremely uncomfortable throughout our stay. Between the questionable payment request, the rude and unprofessional staff, and the poor condition and cleanliness of the room, this was a very disappointing experience.

The staff is very nice and courteous.
The toilet didn’t look as if it was clean. It had a ring around the inside of the bowel.
This was a great stay! We stayed on a long drive to FL from NY and this was a perfect and relaxing stay. Our pets were able to stay with only a $75 fee. The hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was great as well!
