Everyone was very polite, it was very clean , smell amazing! Only the guys that helped me bring my things to my room had awesome customer service!! The ladies at the front desk also has great customer service!

Valet price was very expensive and it wasn’t clear how to order room service…and when I called the room service line no one answered, so I ordered DoorDash instead.

I only stayed for a few hours very noisy room with peace to sleep the elvetor was super loud could not sleep at all I left at 1:00am in the morning. Very bad experience

Great Customer Service
Pros:

Valet service was great, rooms were nice, I changed rooms due to bedding not being up to standards but the customer service is amazing here. My room had a city view and the pricing is extremely good for all they offer! Shoutout to Carlos, Musani, and Basha for all their hard work and EXCELLENT customer service.

Locatie, mooi hotel, ruime kamer

Cons:

We waren iets voor tijd aangekomen, inchecken vanaf 16.00. Helaas was de kamer niet klaar, uiteindelijk 16.45 minuten kamer pas klaar. Personeel was alles behalve behulpzaam, take it or leave it. Dit zijn we niet gewend van hotels van deze kwaliteit en al helemaal niet in de USA. Een beetje compassie had een heel andere nadruk achter gelaten.
