I had a good experience the room and staff were great the valet was excellent coach is one of the staff I can remember but everyone was great.

This was our fifth stay, and once again the experience was outstanding! The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail throughout the property is evident. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and focused on providing excellent service.

We especially appreciate the MD Anderson patient discount, which makes a difficult time a little easier and shows the hotel’s commitment to caring for its guests☺️

The consistent quality, cleanliness, and hospitality are the reasons we continue to return. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Whewww! What can I say! The hotel in itself was a very nice vibe so my husband and I had no problem getting into the anniversary weekend!!! From the sexiness of the room and the roof top bar, it was everything we wanted it to be. We can’t wait to come back!!!! The corner room with the view was EVERYTHING! Couples! Listen! Get the room because it puts you right in the mood for whatever!!!

Beautiful new hotel location near the medical center! They offer free rides within 3 miles and pickups! Very conveniently located for doctors appointments, visits to museums, zoo, Rice Village, or Hermann park! They have clean rooms, beautifully decorated spaces, bathrooms have our favorite bath products ( Moulton Brown)! The restaurant is convenient and quick with good food! Pool is nice with a lounge attached! Overall a great location and experience! Lobby is bright beautiful with coffee/drinks!

I’m location was great wasn’t too far from the places we visited. The hotel was very clean very aesthetic like and very friendly and welcoming. The were nice and professional. The floors were not hard to navigate. They had lots of amenities overall 10 out of 10 experience.

Clean, great customer service. Melvin checked me in , he and precious were both Amazing, and very accommodating. Valet is $50 😩 we had 2 cars

I'm at a gentleman named Justin work front desk was such a nice helpful helpful professional gentleman miss Patricia very helpful very nice Victoria and the true spa gave me a wonderful experience in the restaurant Wilker for two days was very helpful very nice very professional night Crew front desk those gentlemen's was so nice and thoughtful and helpful George if I'm not mistaken who works the bar by the swimming pool very nice very helpful. John Yeung you have an amazing staff compliment them praise them that they're doing well and the fragrance smell when you walk into this hotel is amazing smells so good I had an amazing stay and I will be returning with other guests thank you all for helping me out 🤗

Everything is luxurious. Beds comfortable. Shower is probably the best shower I’ve had! It is so convenient to MD Anderson.

The property was nice, definitely has an upscale feel inside. Outside not so much.

I would not recommend this hotel, as I find it incredibly inconvenient that if you need to speak to someone at the hotel, they don't pick up their phone. I have a hotel room reservation and called (832-734-8888) more than 10 times in one day to speak to someone about my reservation, but no one picked up. All I got was the automated machine saying "that extension is not valid" when prompted to press "2" for existing reservations, and "I am sorry, but no one is available to take your call."

Clean, modern, casual elegance

The experience my wife and I had staying at the Blossom was great. After an 18-hour flight and a 35-minute drive from IAH, we were completely exhausted. Angelo at the front desk was extremely helpful with our room, especially accommodating our early check-in, which we truly appreciated.

Another highlight was the valet service the Blossom offers. Basha, one of the valets, was outstanding — very friendly, kind, and professional. His customer service was on point and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
