10/10 Experience!! The hotel is beautiful--we enjoyed everything! Our room was so cozy and comfortable, rooftop pool was amazing, and the breakfast was incredible!! All of the staff were friendly and helpful! Major shoutout to Justin for helping us out when we first arrived!
Microwaves in the room was the only thing we wish we had. Other than that, everything was great!!
Nice and clean, looks good. The pictures represent it very well. Room lighting is amazing. Honestly I don’t think it get better than that, even if your paying $1000+ per night at another hotel.
The valet service was great. However, if you do have a vehicle with you on your stay, you cannot opt out of it and it is about $50 per day. I would have liked to see that included in the room price per night. I was only staying for two days so it wasn’t terrible, but that can add up pretty quick. Nice service but I wouldn’t have opted into it if I didn’t have to.
Spacious Room, amazing shower
Staff was extremely unfriendly. Only Angel at the reception desk was nice and communicative, really cared about us, and helped to solve a problem with the reservation.
The Blossom was a wonderful place to stay while we were in Houston for my mom’s appointments at MD Anderson. The hotel felt very upscale, with beautiful views and such a comfortable atmosphere.
We especially enjoyed the restaurant—it was incredibly chic and posh, and the food was excellent. Numa, our server, was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond to make us feel special and truly added to our experience.
The rooftop pool looked so inviting, although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it this trip. We will definitely be back the next time we need to be in Houston and look forward to staying at The Blossom again!
I enjoy the room and the rooftop pool
No issue
This bathroom was nasty. I have never seen anything like it. Hair everywhere. A glob of hair came up while I was in the shower. I would not be returning and definitely would not recommend. Disgusting. The staff however was nice. The hotel itself is nice looking. The water was not hot enough for me either.
The hotel was clean and fancy
Valet lost my car key
Oscar was amazing! A very nice and kind young man. Thanks again Oscar!!
Loved Oscar. Very nice and hardworking. Always made sure I got anything I needed!
I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and although my stay started off rough due to the Hilton network being down and a very late check-in, Marvin at the front desk went above and beyond to make things right.nDespite the lack of management presence throughout the weekend, Marvin was incredibly helpful and made sure I still had a great birthday weekend. He ensured our breakfast was covered and provided us with drink vouchers as well. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. Marvin deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service and amazing kindness! I would also like to think justin for stepping up with Marvin wasn’t around and helping out with recommendations for places nearby! Overall was a pretty good experience.
Gema is the best!! She makes your day if you start with breakfast :)
Madeline was super nice and well mannered. She has great customer service and made my whole experience amazing!!
Angelo was a very professional gave perfect service
Terrible experience with Hotel and With Orbitz. I was a long-time Hilton Honors member as well as an Orbitz customer, but never again for either. Here is the summary:
1. I booked a package deal (flight, hotel, car) on Orbitz that included this hotel.
2. Flight was from Des Moines to Dallas then Dallas to Houston, arriving after midnight.
3. Called hotel several times to notify them of late arrival and request a late check in since flight arrives after midnight. Every time, was told that they couldn't guarantee to hold the room for us, even though it had been pre-paid.
4. Called Orbitz to try to rectify the situation. Was told that it was our responsibility to be on site before the hotel decided we were a no show, even though Orbitz sold us the package deal with a flight landing after midnight.
5. On day of the flight, flight from Des Moines to Dallas was further delayed and would be arriving too late for connecting flight to Houston.
6. Amercian Airlines rebooked flight from Dallas to Houston for next morning.
7. Called hotel again, and received the same "that's your problem, nor ours" response.
8. Called Orbitz, requested escalation of the issue.
9. Orbitz called hotel, and spoke to hotel management while I waited on hold. Orbitz then told me they spoke to management and had guaranteed me before we boarded in Des Moines that we could arrive at hotel on next day due to flight delays.
10. Arrived at hotel the next day. They hadn't held our room as promised and wouldn't give us a room or a refund.
11. Called Orbitz, was still told by Orbitz that this was our fault (not theirs, and not the hotel's.)
12. Had to rebook another hotel at the last minute because this hotel wouldn't help us and wouldn't refund us.
