The hotel can’t handle the volume of guests

Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

I had an excellent experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was the outstanding service from the front desk staff Melvin. From check-in to check-out, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He answered all my questions, made the process smooth and efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. His positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel valued as a guest. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality—I would gladly stay here again.

Frustrating and Expensive Valet Parking
Pros:

Overall this is a pretty nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. The bed was above average in terms of comfort. The pool is small but OK. However the parking situation ruined it for me. Parking is valet only and very expensive ($50/night). I don't remember any of this being mentioned when I booked the hotel. There is nowhere close by to self park. The valet "lost" my car one day and made me late for an appointment. What is frustrating is that the hotel is surrounded by fields and there is absolutely no reason a valet only systems is needed, this seems like purely a moneymaking scheme. I had to rethink my plans for the whole weekend based on whether or not it was worth the trouble to get my car out of valet or not. I will not stay again.

Delicious food
Pros:

We enjoyed veggie beef soup, cheeseburgers and pasta. It was delicious food and wonderful service. Numa provided excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, specially Noor at Valet Parking. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing, friendly staff with clean spacious rooms!! It's a MUST Stay if you are in the Houston area!
Pros:

This was our fifth stay, and once again the experience was outstanding! The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail throughout the property is evident. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and focused on providing excellent service.

We especially appreciate the MD Anderson patient discount, which makes a difficult time a little easier and shows the hotel’s commitment to caring for its guests☺️

The consistent quality, cleanliness, and hospitality are the reasons we continue to return. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Whewww! What can I say! The hotel in itself was a very nice vibe so my husband and I had no problem getting into the anniversary weekend!!! From the sexiness of the room and the roof top bar, it was everything we wanted it to be. We can’t wait to come back!!!! The corner room with the view was EVERYTHING! Couples! Listen! Get the room because it puts you right in the mood for whatever!!!

Blossom Hotel is very nice!
Pros:

Beautiful new hotel location near the medical center! They offer free rides within 3 miles and pickups! Very conveniently located for doctors appointments, visits to museums, zoo, Rice Village, or Hermann park! They have clean rooms, beautifully decorated spaces, bathrooms have our favorite bath products ( Moulton Brown)! The restaurant is convenient and quick with good food! Pool is nice with a lounge attached! Overall a great location and experience! Lobby is bright beautiful with coffee/drinks!

Pros:

I’m location was great wasn’t too far from the places we visited. The hotel was very clean very aesthetic like and very friendly and welcoming. The were nice and professional. The floors were not hard to navigate. They had lots of amenities overall 10 out of 10 experience.
