在remm入住的這段期間是我們旅程裡非常溫暖的回憶，真的很感謝remm😊
Pros:

這次入住剛好遇到颱風干擾，航空公司臨時通知航班改期，我們必須在神戶多停留2天～7/12返台。

第一次面臨這樣情況的我們感到相當不安與焦慮，幸好飯店人員佐藤與松本小姐非常親切地幫助我們處理延住事宜，並同理我們的處境，給我們最大程度的協助，包括列印機票證明、開立住宿領收證明，讓我們可以辦理後續的保險理賠事宜。

整個過程裡沒有任何的不耐，而是盡可能協助我們克服語言不通的障礙（松本小姐甚至會說中文🙏🙏🙏），溫暖親切的態度讓我們原本不安的心得到最大的安慰與支持。

不僅是松本與佐藤小姐，旅店的所有服務人員，以及最後願意以再次幫我們以中文註記住宿日期的江村先生，我們由衷感激🙏

29階、朝食会場の案内係の男の人、不愛想で叱られてる感じで席への案内で朝からテンション下がりました。他の男女のスタッフさんはよかったのですが。

交通位置非常方便，到機場、姬路城、明石大橋、元町都很快速。
飯店很高很顯眼，在三宮附近就能看到，不怕迷路。
飯店提供免費備品（自取），以及每天更換睡衣。

Cons:

感謝飯店提供睡衣，不過可能有尺寸問題，有時候拿到上衣或睡褲太大件，或上下半身的尺寸不搭，不過不影響實際使用。
