Comfortable, convenient and spectacular view.
Pros:

The location was excellent, very central. The view from the 28th floor was spectacular. The room was very well appointed and had mineral water every day. The cleaning options, including just a change of towels and water was very helpful.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable with one flat hard one and one full of beads. It would be nice to have a normal pillow.
The hotel was initially hard to find with directions in the station being quite limited.

部屋から海と山が見えて気持ち良かった。
コーヒー、紅茶等好きなだけ飲めて良かった。
朝食食材が良く、美味しかった。

Cons:

駅ビルなので、朝列車が動き出す騒音が聴こえる。耳栓を用意してくれたが、余り効かない。
朝食が7時からと遅い。

Pros:

阪急ビルの中のホテルなのでロケーションは最高で、築5年以内なので、ビル自体も新しくて良かった。

Cons:

駅に隣接するホテルで良くあるパターンで、最初は入り口がわかりにくかった。予約を取った時点で、駅直結のホテルでフロントは17階になりますのでエレベーターで上がって下さい、check inは自分で作業を行う形になります、などの文章がそのまま、申し込んだ時の返信に付随してくるとわかりやすいと思いました。
