Těšíme se na další návštěvu!
Pros:

Moc hezký pokoj s balkónem sprchou a i vanou. Součástí ubytování opravdu příjemné wellness s mnoho relaxačními prostory. Nově nabízí každý čtvrtek saunové ceremoniály a stáli za to! Celý pobyt skvěle dokresluje vždy milí a usměvaví recepční. Samozřejmě hotelový pivovar nabídl mnoho dobrých piv a za zkoušku určitě stojí nechat si aspoň jedno z nich natočit do Tupláka.

Velmi pěkný hotel v centru a blízko MHD. Skvělé wellnes, čisto, klid. Lze pouze doporučit.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite gebucht. Diese war gemütlich, auch wenn es etwas abgewohnt aussah. Das Personal war, bis auf 3-4 Ausnahmen, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war ganz okay. Bis zur Altstadt waren es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war ganz passabel. Der Koch vom Frühstück am Wochenende war überaus aufmerksam und macht seinen Job echt gern. Auch die blonde Servicekraft und ihr Kollege waren humorvoll und angenehm. Die beiden freundlichen Servicekräfte zum Frühstück ab Montag.

Cons:

Betrunkene Servicekräfte am Montag und Dienstag, die Flaschen auf den Boden schmissen, weil diese leer war. Eine unmotivierte Frühstücksköchin am Montag und Dienstag, die nicht gewillt war, Pancakes ohne Äpfel zu produzieren und lieber auf dem Handy herumtippte und ein Housekeeping, das nicht gewillt war, Betten zu machen, Bäder zu reinigen und das benutzte Gläser wieder in den Schrank stellte.

Dies wurde im Hotel bei der Abreise angesprochen. Man bestätigte, dass dies bekannt sei und leider keine Seltenheit. Auch hier gibt es wohl Probleme, gutes Personal zu finden.

Rauchen von eZigaretten im Restaurant sollte untersagt werden.

More than expected from a one night stand
Pros:

An exceptional experience, much more than one would expect for the price. Our stay was a series of nice surprises - starting from parking in the hotel garage, reception staff, room and facilities to the breakfast and checkout.

Cons:

The TV remote was not working due to the leaking battery, but we didn't really mind. Could be a more of an issue for a TV addict though.
The minibar content was counting for one person only - there was only one piece of each item, except for the beer. Not a big issue neither, but I would suggest to make it double.

The heating system was not the best in our room. We've tried to set the temperature on the basis of the descreption, but it was unsuccessful. The temperature was in the bedroom 19,. The living room was 20-21.
