Clean, Friendly helpful staff, Hotel room was exceptional
The location

We were extremely disappointed by the level of cleanliness and, even more so, by the way our repeated complaints were handled by the hotel staff.
After returning to our room following a long day outside, we noticed uncleaned biscuit crumbs on the floor. We decided to report this to the front desk, not only because we expected the room to be properly cleaned, but also to give the hotel an opportunity to address the issue. The receptionist did not seem to take the matter as seriously as it should have been taken and simply explained that the room service team might have forgotten to vacuum the room that day.
We were assured that someone would come back and properly vacuum the room.
Instead, a cleaner came and performed an extremely quick and clearly inadequate “double cleaning” using a broom. This took only a very short amount of time and was nowhere near what we had been promised. When we went back to reception to explain that this was not the proper vacuum cleaning we had been assured of, we were simply told that there had been a miscommunication and that they could no longer vacuum the room at that time.
We explained once again that the room had still not been properly cleaned. The staff then sent the cleaning team back for what they described as a “deep cleaning of the room.”
We went downstairs to smoke a cigarette and returned less than 6–7 minutes later. We were once again told that the cleaning had been completed and that the room was now perfectly clean. This was simply not the case.
At this point, it was around 11 PM, and after an already long day, we simply wanted to be able to sleep in a clean and properly maintained room. We therefore asked the receptionist to come upstairs and see the situation for herself. We showed her several other areas that had clearly not been properly cleaned, including mold in the shower, significant dust behind the curtains, and dead insects behind the TV.
La habitación y el baño eran muy amplios y encontramos todo lo que se ofrecía al momento de hacer la reserva.
Nos encantó el detalle de tener en cada piso un dispensador para disponer de hielo, agua fría y agua caliente, algo muy práctico durante la estancia. Además, recibimos una bebida de cortesía en el bar del hotel , un detalle que también apreciamos.
La ubicación es excelente para conocer Seúl y moverse por la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable y atento tanto durante el check-in como al momento de nuestra salida.
Un hotel cómodo, bien ubicado y con detalles que realmente hacen la diferencia.
It’s location was good, right next to a Metro station and lots of eateries around
The check in process was certainly not welcoming. We arrived quite late at night after a 3 1/2 drive from the airport, so we were not in the best of moods and to be greeted with indifference was not the best experience.

шампунь мне не подошёл - жирнил волосы. при обилии корейской косметики можно было бы предложить туристам лучший вариант. очереди в лифт. утром и в обед долго ждать, несмотря на три скоростных лифта
