Location is good, close to the university.

Cons:

The parking garage for valet parking only, and cost 55 dollars plus tax. Does not make sense. If 2-3 cars pickup or drop off the same time it is huge problem. Not enough space.

It might be nice if I was just coming for a day, not great if you are there for more than 3.
Pros:

It was easy to get around the UT area.

Cons:

The room had no table or even small desk so I had to do computer work on my bed.
It is next door to a music club that plays loud music all thru the night
No real space to put a open suitcase or clothing
