Good luck sleeping
Pros:

The hotel is nice, clean. The staff is ok, I wouldn’t say yhey were overly friendly (the bar/restaurant staff), I assume since their tips are automatic. I stayed on the 8 th floor, right below the pool which had private parties on the weekends that I got to listen to but couldn’t attend. Oh and the pillows are the worst.

This location was great proximity to the airport, comfortable, clean with all amenities needed.
Pros:

We rented a car and parked right outside, although the hotel offered paid parking valet option, we were only staying at the hotel for a brief time but liked that we had that opportunity. The restaurant in the hotel had a nice but limited menu for us but we did very much enjoy the Italian restaurant that was below the hotel that was excellent. Great way to end our vacation being so close to the airport, this hotel met all of our needs so it was a great value for that. The rooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds and nice quality linens.

Cons:

That is was paid parking but we were able to fortunately find parking right in front of its vicinity without a problem. We are also surprised to not have any waters in the room. However, there was a convenient store next to reception that we could purchase everything from medication to waters to late night snacks.

Too expensive for what it was would not stay there again.
Pros:

Too expensive.

Cons:

No ventilation in the bathroom. We were on the 6th floor Saturday night. They have a big party up on the top floor which kept us up until one in the morning. Not a place to go if you're looking to relax.

A terrible experience which I will never repeat
Pros:

Breakfast was OK but nothing to shout about.

Cons:

I feel I was conned because there was no parking and the car had to be valet parked in a nearby carpark. Cost $40 plus tip. Had I been aware of this I would not have booked this hotel. The wifi had a problem when we arrived and did not get fixed until after midnight. As I had to check in on a flight this was an inconvenience and I ended up checking in at 4am. Lastly, there was a problem with room cards . For some reason the hotel were unable to get the door keys to work and we had to be escorted to our room by a cleaner who held a master key to allow us access.

Pros:

The guess went above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was clean and smell very fresh. and the staff went out of there way to make sure my stay was pleasant.

Gem in downtown Ft. Lauderdale
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location just across the street fr the Parker where we were seeing a show. Staff actually genuinely friendly-and room ready early-a real plus. Gorgeous rooftop pool to. A gem
