You get the gist!
Pros:

What a great location, but if you’re looking a place to rest, go elsewhere. I’ve stayed here twice and both were disappointing. The first stay involved a room next to the gym. Nothing like hearing some overzealous athlete running on a treadmill at 5:00 in the morning. Second time, I must be under the restaurant Charlie Park..it’s like musical chairs . If you don’t like a good nights rest, you should stay here. If you prefer a relaxing stay with little interruptions. I suggest you find somewhere else. Tired, annoyed and aggravated. Never again!

Great location, comfortable
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The ambience music at the reception, restaurant and elevator was way too loud. Breakfast was great, but no gluten free options of bread. Restaurant had no gluten free option either.

In overall I loved it very nice staff, clean rooms. Close to restaurants and FSU. Highly recommend.

Stay here in Tallahassee
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel in Tallahassee and it was very great. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing especially Maddie who helped us with a problem we had and she was very nice. The hotel breakfast was great and everyone was great.

Nice staff but no soundproofing and room cleanliness could use improvement
Pros:

The staff at this hotel, including the valet is truly the best thing it has going for them. They were all very nice and went out of their way whenever I needed something. However, my issue was with the cleanliness of the room and the horrible noise surrounding my room. Like others have noted, I did see hair in my bed along and the sheets looked slept in. It was very late when I removed the bedding to go to sleep and so I didn’t call to get the sheets changed, but I did feel very uncomfortable. In addition to that, I could hear every noise from everywhere while in my room. Around 6 AM yesterday morning, I was awakened to what sounded like a crash from either above me or around me. This level of noise continued for over an hour coming from various locations. I couldn’t determine if it was from the gym located next door or the hallway or even above me. It was truly awful. I should also say that in general, there is no soundproofing whatsoever so this level of noise was over the top. Under normal circumstances, I would have complained and asked for a partial refund however, I was traveling for business so it wasn’t worth the time. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Staff made it special

My wife, daughter and I stayed at the AC Hotel for a visit to the Capitol to hear a friend speak. The hotel itself was what one would expect from a newer AC Hotel. It was clean and well maintained. The bar/restaurant was particularly nice and had a very nice, expansive outdoor area. The location was great as well. What made it special for us was their staff. Particularly Kimberly H. at the front desk. She cheerfully helped me out with issues and questions about my Bonvoy status. She was very knowledgeable and could not have been more pleasant. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
