Gorgeous property, spacious room, speakeasy bar, amazing ambience and convenient location right in the heart of the city.
The water from the shower would leak onto the floor outside the shower which made the floor slippery. You could also hear loud. music from neighbouring properties on the weekend which made it tricky to sleep (we were informed of this a few weeks prior to our stay) however not an issue if you plan to stay out late yourself.
De café da manhã estrelado à equipe extremamente atenciosa e amável, este hotel foi um local que nos fez sentir tão bem que não queríamos ir embora. O hotel é lindíssimo, cheio de mimos para seus hóspedes, o quarto é silencioso, charmoso e equipado. O café da manhã é indescritível de bom e a equipe do hotel é de uma dedicação ímpar (um abraço especial para o Gabriel e Jonathan)!!! Sem contar a localização, que fizemos absolutamente tudo caminhando. Sem dúvida inesquecível.

Location is great! Room was sound proof so I did not suffer from outside noise. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, service did not disappoint.
Lighting in rooms is really poor. Impossible to read or put make up properly.. Furthermore, breakfast was ok... not great.

Que existan habitaciones "noisy" lo bueno es que llegando nos explicaron en recepción que habíamos reservado una habitación con mucho ruido porque esta atrás de un bar... sin embargo gracias a eso pudimos hacer cambio de habitación y todo fue perfecto.

The hotel is very nicely designed with lots of colors, painted walls and the overall concept with little seating areas all around the courtyard appealed to us a very much. It is a beautiful hotel. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, the location is great and breakfast was very tasty too. We booked a larger room and enjoyed it a lot, but I will add, that due to the design of the building (and presumably many buildings in Oaxaca), there are only few windows towards the courtyard and not towards the outside, so it does feel a little contained. Which was fine for us, since we intended to spend most of our time outside anyway and the room was very stylish and a nice change for us. The bathroom was very nice as well.
Our room must have been nearby a club or bar of sorts because on Thursday and Friday we heard loud music (mostly the bass) through the walls until about 3am. It didn't bother us too much, but it might be more of a concern to some people.
