Great staff. Very friendly and speaking impeccable English. Great view in the room at the corner. We enjoyed the views in our room. My kid could run around the big room. One elevator in the hotel is accessibe to the AMU department store. This is quite convenient. Kids can play at the 6th floor in the AMU. I also like Nespresso outside the onsen area. Enjoy the seats and the nice area.
