Very centrally located and a standard high end hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, and the room was well appointed and very comfortable.

Cons:

Good facilities, and perfect locations with hot spring
Pros:

The hot spring and the location were quite nice. The facilities were pretty and well-kept.

Terrific stay in Kumamoto. A little far from the Sakuramachi area although very convenient.
Pros:

Location is right above JR Kumamoto and AMU plaza plenty of shopping and restaurants downstairs at the JR shops and Amu Plaza. Terrific bed room clean and spacious with a very comfy bed. Staff were very helpful and kind. Parking was brand new and super convenient downstairs straight up to the hotel lobby. Breakfast buffet leaned towards more Japanese style (which is great) just not sure if you're after a western style brekky. Public bath in hotel is also a nice feature. Hotel is fairly new only 5 years old.
