AMAZING VIEWS!!!
Pros:

This hotel was very beautiful and clean. The staff were all very courteous. I want to give A SPECIAL thank you to George at the check in counter, he was very helpful and extremely nice! Also, the valet team were very friendly as well. We will most definitely return🤗

Cons:

The only negative thing that I have to say, is that the food was a bit pricey

Expensive stay without parking !

This hotel don’t have a exclusive parking for the clients , it charging ( $ 40 daily for valet parking ONLY$ is a pelo

Difficult and unwelcoming check-in process
Pros:

The downtown view of Orlando.
I got to watch a storm roll in across the sky during a red orange sunset from my hotel room.
12 PM check out is nice to not feel rushed out the door in the morning.

Cons:

Check-in desk in ground floor lobby was closed with one obscure sign across the room letting me know to call a number if I needed help, which I did only to be put in a queue, or go back up to the 18th floor to the additional desk.
My group traveled in a vehicle all day so we weren't dressed appropriately for the packed out Sky Bar on the 18th floor we were required to walk through to make it to the second check in desk. The pj's and slippers really made us feel inadequate to the dress code everyone else was in.
Online reservation was made a day in advanced, I even filled out the form sent by the hotel the night before that was asking me my estimated time of arrival so the hotel could be ready for me, just for me to have to stand there for between 15-20 minutes while we waited for my room passes to 'come down' from someone/somewhere else.

10/10 stay at the AC Orlando
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at AC Orlando! The hotel was modern, spotless, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed.

The room was comfortable, stylish, and well-maintained, with a great bed and thoughtful amenities. I also appreciated the convenient location, making it easy to explore the area.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend AC Orlando to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable hotel stay.
