Die sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Gefallen hat uns nicht,wenn man abends in das Hotel zurückkehrt,und man will noch einen Absacker trinken oder noch Karten oder ähnliches spielen möchte,dass es keinen Aufenthaltsraum gibt.Der vorhandene Frühstücksraum könnte dafür genutzt werden,aber dieser wird gegen 22.00 abgeschlossen und ist dann nicht mehr zugänglich.

Pros:

Der Check-in am Automaten war zwar etwas zäh, aber möglich. Gut für (sehr) späte Anreisen.
Einrichtung ist einfach, aber funktionell und gerade für einige wenige Übernachtungen absolut i.O. Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, Alternativen beim Frühstück außerhalb in direkter Umgebung, U-Bahn und Regionalverkehr dicht genug dran.

Cons:

Die etwas zähe Arbeit beim Einchecken am Automaten (siehe oben).

Pros:

Ich war in Berlin drei Tage geschäftlich und war froh, dieses Hotel gefunden und gebucht zu haben.
- Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar.
- Die Ausstattung und das Frühstück sehr minimalistisch, aber absolut zweckmäßig. Und es gibt einen Snack- und Getränkeautomat.
- Zimmer werden alle drei Tage gereinigt und dementsprechend aufgefüllt, was aber völlig in Ordnung war. Ich selbst habe zwar nichts gebraucht, aber ich nehme an, man hätte fehlende Produkte an der Rezeption bekommen können.
- Tolle Lage: mit Buslinie M85 ist man in ca. 10 min. am Hauptbahnhof. Potsdamer Platz ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Der Park Tiergarten und Ku'damm ca. 20 bzw. 10 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.
- Mehr Ablageflächen als in manchen 4- und 5-Sternehotels. Alle Flächen und Ecken im Zimmer werden sinnvoll genutzt - sehr gut durchdacht.
- Kein Check-out erforderlich - man bezahlt gleich beim Einchecken - zusätzliche Kosten während des Aufenthaltes gibt es nicht.

Cons:

Die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren leider ziemlich dreckig, aber so richtig bäh.

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden gewesen und komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist sehr gut.

Mich hat die Musik- bzw. die Radio-Beschallung während der Frühstückszeit gestört.

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, confortável e bem aquecido. Check-in e check-out bem práticos. A localização é boa, perto da Potsdamer Platz e tem lugares para comer e mercadinhos nas proximidades.

Cons:

Falta um frigobar no quarto e o volume e pressão da água no chuveiro poderiam ser melhores.
