My 1st stay, so im alright
Cons:

There seems to be lots of dust in the room and I can't help but buy anti allergy for the dust. Not sure if its the lower level but my friend living on the upper floors have no such issues. There was stains on bed when i first check in as well.

Pros:

can't recommend this hotel enough! I'm scared of elevators so I asked for a room on a lower floor and my wish was granted which I'm very grateful for. the stuff was very nice and friendly and made me feel welcome, the room was clean and very cozy and had everything I needed after having a hellish very stressful trip. the location is great too, there's basically everything you need nearby, grocery shops, bus stations and restaurants. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Berlin again!

Pros:

Small, but cosy room with basic things you need for your short solo stay. Fairly new and clean with great staff. Great location. Easy in and out system without cards or keys that you can loose. Fair price.

Cons:

An electric kettle would be nice. I had to drink tea using the warm water from the tap.

Gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Pros:

Gute Lage- öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nur wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Auf den Fahrstuhl musste ich oft sehr lange warten. Bei ausgebuchtem Hotel reicht ein Fahrstuhl nicht aus.

Dringend renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel
Cons:

Selten ein so abgewohntes Hotelzimmer gehabt (Wände sehr fleckig/schmutzig). Das erste Zimmer, das man mir anbot, hatte zusätzlich wohl mal einen Wasserschaden (Erklärung des Personals für den großen Fleck auf dem Teppichboden in einer Ecke) und stank unerträglich penetrant nach Parfüm - aussagegemäß das "Raumparfüm des Hauses. Im zweiten Zimmer hatte glücklicherweise nur das Bad ein Geruchsproblem - hier roch es deutlich nach kaltem Rauch - obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer. Diesen Geruch hat man generell öfter im Haus auch auf den Fluren.
Nachts vor dem Haus diverse Prostituierte. Das nächste Mal nehme ich definitiv ein anderes Hotel.

Rundumzufrieden in allen Punkten im schönen Berlin

Zimmer im 7. Stock und Fenster zum Innenhof (ruhig), Fernsicht, bequemes Bett. Nachhaltigkeitsaspekt alle drei Tage Zimmerservice! Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Viatnamesisches Restaurant und Bäcker (Frühstück) fussläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle 50m entfernt.
