Extremely comfortable beds and pillows, bus stop and train within 2 minute walk. A bit of a walk to certain areas but easy with train or bus.

Lovely rooms. Across the road from Nijo station, so very handy. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic.

Small room. And fair distance from anything interesting. Too fat to walk easily. No coffee in the room and only available from 630. So if you have jet lag and wake up early no coffee until 630.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und wirkt insgesamt sehr hochwertig. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und sympathisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Für uns insgesamt eine klare 10/10.
Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt betrifft das Frühstück: Es ist offiziell bis 10 Uhr angegeben, wurde aber teilweise schon gegen 9:10 Uhr nicht mehr richtig nachgelegt. Das sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie eigentlich bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit zuverlässig funktionieren. Abgesehen davon war aber alles wirklich sehr gut.
Great value with very kind staff and well equipped gathering area downstairs.
Our king bed was two twins pushed together so there was a big crack in the middle. Walls were oddly super dirty which was weird because everything else was very clean!! This has nothing to do with management (staff was great) but the location near Nijo station ultimately felt less ideal than I expected for exploring Kyoto. Wish we’d stayed closer Sanjo or Karasuma station

3박을 지냈는데 조식이 너무 부실했다. 처음 이틀간은 너무 부실했는데 삼일차는 단체손님이 몰려 와서 그랬는지 음식 가지수가 조금 늘어나기에 놀랐습니다. 로비와 식당홀에 대체로 직원 배치가 안되는 느낌을 받았어요.
