Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is excellent, but what truly made the difference was the outstanding professionalism of Mr. Elvis and his colleagues, Zaina and Medina. Their kindness, attentiveness, and dedication made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. They are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you!

Hotel estupendo con varios puntos de mejora

A atenção e simpatia do pessoal, as instalações, a limpeza em profundidade feita diariamente, as piscinas, o espaço e não haver a sensação quase nunca de haver muita gente, a qualidade das refeições em todos os restaurantes, incluído o de buffet.

Cons:

O nada eficiente processo de reserva dos restaurantes. A mesma pessoa pode fazer várias reservas para a mesma noite e para alguns restaurantes é difícil conseguir reserva, o que tendo em conta o hotel que é não me parece aceitável.
Estivemos durante a primera fase do mundial e muitos espectáculos nocturnos foram cancelados ou atrasados para colocar os jogos do mundial num ecrã gigante. Se tivesse sido informada previamente pelo hotel que esta seria a estratégia, não teria ido.
A equipa de animação faz o possível com os recursos que tem, mas há poucas actividades realmente interesantes tanto para adultos como para crianças e nota-se que não é uma prioridade estratégica para a gestão do hotel
À praia em frente ao hotel tem sempre bandeira amarela ou vermelha, não a fazendo uma boa praia para realmente estar (muito ventosa) ou para ir a banhos.
