Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness: 'Room clean', 'very clean' and repeated commendations for tidy rooms.
Service
8.4
Mostly described as friendly and helpful staff, with several mentions of excellent reception; however one strong complaint about lack of humanity and an unsympathetic handling of a booking error lowers this slightly.
Location
8.8
Frequently noted as close to the city centre and convenient (tram station ~400m); a few comments mention it is not perfectly central but generally well located.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms described as comfortable and recently refurbished but often small; one report of a non-adjustable thermostat causing it to be a bit cold.
Amenities
7.8
Few amenities mentioned and several complaints about the absence of hotel parking and difficulty finding free parking nearby.
Value for Money
9.2
Many reviewers highlight excellent value for a budget hotel, praising price-to-quality ratio and recommending it for cost-conscious stays.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast is repeatedly described as good or acceptable (sometimes minimal but fair or available for a small fee).
Overall Experience
9
Overall strongly positive: clean, comfortable, helpful staff and great base for city visits; many recommendations despite minor negatives.

Pros:

Everything was nice and clean, the only thing that was bad was the parking at the hotel. There is no parking and parking that was free in the neighbourhood was 10 minutes away and that was also full 50% of the time, finding parking was difficult. accomodation was very good

Manque d’humanité
Pros:
