Convenient location, comfortable room
Pros:

Good location, stayed on way to Plymouth for ferry. Clean comfortable room

Cons:

Evening meal service wasn't well organised. My husband had finished eating his main course before mine was even brought to the table, then staff cleared table and didn't return to ask about desserts so we had to go find someone to ask. The staff didn't seem to know what to do, maybe they were in training?

Pros:

It was comfortable, clean with great service and food.

Cons:

I did not like that I had to pay for parking. I did not like that having paid for half board the evening meal only included two not three courses. Nothing in the booking indicated this. I did not like that late checkout was £30! .

Pros:

Meals were good ,staff were very helpful

Cons:

Bed bugs when removed bedding .layer of dust on metal over bed.suffer with breathing problems and husband constantly coughing which is why I checked Disappointed!!

Ridiculous. No shower gel and a flashing light in the bathroom which is not good for people with epilepsy my husdand.

Not as good as Ibis in France.
Pros:

Very competent staff.

Cons:

The meal in the evening was terrible. Ordered pizza with salad with additional side of chips. Meal came with chips and just some very tired lettuce leaves as a garnish .Queried but more chips arrived. Pizzas not cooked at all , dreadful. Ordered trio of ice creams arrived melted on a children's type bowl .
Room was fine but desperately needs something at the side of the beds. Bit too spartan.

Chap on the front desk was really helpful. Even though he was busy he managed to help a lady outside

Choices at breakfast were fine. Coffee machine was empty but never mind
