TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection

Architecture, location and confort, the staff is great.

We recently stayed at the Tetra Hotel in Sunnyvale for a staycation over the Thanksgiving weekend. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member, it’s always nice to feel recognized and appreciated as a valued and loyal guest. Nolan and Andre at the front desk went out of their way to make us feel genuinely welcome as well as the rooms division manager, Miguel. Thanks so much for the quiet room!

Rocky, the restaurant manager was also someone who stood out during our visit. She handled a situation during breakfast with grace and class and she remembered us as we bumped into each other at the hotel over the next few days.

The hotel itself is beautifully modern, thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was fantastic and not far from Levi's Stadium and several other places we wanted to visit during our short stay in the Silicon Valley area. We felt the value offered at the hotel was great. Prices at the Japanese Whiskey Bar were a bit on the high side, but certainly worth the extra cost. The bartenders were great and took the time to explain the various kinds of Japanese whiskeys they had on offer.

The hotel has a nice pool, but it was too clod to enjoy it. Bummer. Maybe another time.

Nolan, Andre, Miguel, Rocky, and certainly many others behind the scenes are true assets to the Tetra Hotel. Their professionalism and kindness made our stay memorable, and we look forward to returning soon, perhaps over Christmas.

Ok hotel, but didn't return the shirts I forgot in the room . I stopped by the next day and they said they hadn't found any.

Not a big deal, but meh, I was on business with just a carry on.

We came back here again this August after our previous visit in July 2024, and tetra hotel never disappointed us. Spacious and clean room with a large TV and nice kettle.
The breakfast here is absolutely above and beyond, I've stayed at more than 20 marriott properties in the U.S. but none of them could provide platinum elite breakfast options comparable to Tetra, it's officially my favorite hotel! All other marriott properties should learn from this one.

Only plus side is modern and clean.
I'll pay for just getting the basics right, and here they don't.

It's a great place to stay and my family had a wonderful time there. The facility is new and the service is awesome! They prepare a crib for the baby and also essential cares! Also they have EV chargers available.

Upscale hotel with bargain rates. Excellent restaurant on site, friendly staff and good location. Highly recommended.

This was a great hotel to stay at while attending a concert at Shoreline in Mountain View. The rooms were gorgeous, the restaurant and coffee shop were great. The only thing I would call out is that there is very little privacy in the room bathroom.

The bathroom is enclosed by fogged glass with a barn style door. So if you are traveling with others, just keep in mind you can hear every single thing that happens in the bathroom. Not a deal breaker, but just want to give a heads up to those traveling with a partner or friends :)

Staff was kind and professional.
Place was clean and breakfast was delicious!
Their homemade raspberry jam was amazing!

The lounge and bar had a cool and relaxing vibe!

Overall a fun and enjoyable stay !
