They charged an extra $200+ in random transactions after putting a card on file for parking. Had to call and dispute with bank.

Everything was very clean, and I loved the décor. It’s an older building, but they beautifully modernized the interior while preserving its historic architecture. I absolutely loved it.

Tsxes is not stated in the booking or during check in properly. I have to pay $20.44 extra days later after I checked out & I cant claim it to my client because I settled my finance report.
Just spent the weekend in Omaha to visit Creighton. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the spacious bathroom and the theme and overall vibe of the hotel. But what really made our stay was Mya at the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful. She greeted us each time we came in the lobby and was so helpful with arranging a few rides for us with the hotel car. Which was also a treat riding in the plush Navigator. The location to Creighton was perfect. If we find ourselves back in Omaha, we will definitely stay here again.
I chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of The Joslyn Art Museum. To my surprise it was the nicest hotel (of many on my trip from Cleveland to Denver and back) on my entire vacation. The help I received from the reception staff was exceptional, including recommendations for finding a good restaurant, and providing free toothpaste and a toothbrush. My room and bathroom in this repurposed commercial building were large and extremely comfortable. And the free "American breakfast" was a cooked-to-order feast shortly after 6:00 a.m., including an amazingly hefty glass of orange juice. I can truthfully say that I was sorry to have to leave this hotel after my one-night stay.
Spent a week there for the College World Series & all staff ere great!!! Mya at front desk, Monica in the restaurant, & MVP was Jim, shuttle driver, ,got us right at ticket gate!! Highly recommend & will return!
My husband and I came here for our anniversary and stayed 4 nights. Amazing staff and service, and the rooms are clean and comfortable!! Very cool place to stay!!
