立地は良かったが、所々で残念な対応だった。
Pros:

朝のバイキングの品数が多かった。
各部屋の他に、大浴場があった。

Cons:

コインランドリーのうちの一基が故障したらしく、女性客の人たちが困っていた。スタッフの人が来て対応していたが、私が使ったコインランドリーも、前の人の乾燥した洗濯物が放置されたままで使えなかったので、そばにあったホテル専用の籠に入れ、そのことを1階まで降りて行ってスタッフに伝えたところ、「今後一切お客様ご自身以外の洗濯物には触らないでください」と言われた。こちらは善意でしたことなのに、もしそうであればコインランドリーから直通の電話か何かを設けておいて、すぐにスタッフを呼び出せるように対応を変えてほしいと思う。

Will always come back over and over again
Pros:

The hotel made me feel totally at home upon my third stay here and it offered great respite and an awesome good sleep catch-up from my past few days. Parting with this hotel after check-out is always a real sad feeling

快適で安心です。
Pros:

駅と港の中間にあって、アクセスは非常に良いです。
設備も新しく、大浴場も気持ちよかったです。
食事も充実していて、大変満足です。
