Great stay! Stayed for 5 nights. In town getting my son set up for summer internship. Front desk team & maid service were great. Very helpful.
Had a couple Amazon deliveries and it was easy with no problems.
Couple negatives:
Overnight parking for $45 ridiculously expensive. We parked 1/2 block away in public lot with in/out access for less than $20.
Pool chairs were awful. Super uncomfortable & slippery, but it was fine.
Would definitely recommend…. Not necessarily for a leisure trip, but perfect for what we needed.

Clean new and friendly staff
Sydney from the front desk was super helpful with our check in process. We a will be staying here for 30bdays for a work project. In addition to Sydney, all of the hotel staff has been excellent so far. We are a few days in and I will update my review as we go.
The Hyatt House downtown Tampa is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The valet service is excellent. The location is convenient for most anywhere you need to go, be it downtown or even a short drive away. I highly recommend The Hyatt House downtown Tampa.

loved the location, good view of river walk and boats. Easy walk to Sparkman Warf, Aquarium, Riverwalk, Restaurants. Good morning walks along the river.
