We loved everything about this property the location, the staff, the complementary breakfast the recommendations where we up at Ana Maria Island it was just all a blessed trip!

I stayed here on business during a conference, and honestly, it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.
I arrived very early, and my room was already ready for me, which was such a relief. It was also my first time traveling alone for work, so I had plenty of questions, but the staff were incredibly helpful and made everything feel easy. When I asked for a recommendation for a good Cuban sandwich, they pointed me to the perfect place!
The hotel restaurant was another highlight. My waiter was quick, accommodating, and had no problem with my substitutions. My food came out quickly, and being able to charge it directly to my room was such a nice touch. It somehow made eating dinner in my shorts feel like a fancy dining experience! I could relax in my room afterward and even bring my leftovers upstairs. Perfect.
And the room itself? I was genuinely amazed. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, with everything I could possibly need. I was on the 12th floor, and the view was so nice that I left the curtains open all night.
The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. I went in expecting the usual boring hotel breakfast and was completely wrong. There were so many options, and everything I tried was delicious. The hash browns and bacon were great, and the next morning there were even more options, including potatoes and waffles. Even the little details impressed me—when I went to throw away my plate, a staff member noticed and took it for me. Just wow.
On my final day, I needed to leave my luggage at the hotel because my flight wasn’t until after the conference. The staff happily checked my bags, and when I returned before heading to the airport, they had everything ready for me quickly and efficiently.
From the room to the food to the incredible staff, this truly felt like a five-star experience. I would absolutely stay here again and again if I had the opportunity. I only wish I had gotten the names of all the staff members who helped me so I could thank them personally, but I hope this review lets them know how much their kindness and attention to detail were appreciated.

Very nice and clean luxurious feel.
There was a musty smell throughout the lobby and all hallways. Not sure if it was the carpet or just something in the air, although everything was visibly clean.
The room was huge and even had it's own glassware which was a new one for me. I enjoyed my experience immensely the only thing I had an issue with was they charge $45 per day for parking and do not tell you in advance so that you can budget for it. I didn't like that at all. But otherwise I had a very good experience

Das Frühstück war wirklich schlecht! Da hätten wir für so ein Haus mehr erwartet. Auch der Pool könnte mehr bieten! Das Valet-Parking ist viel zu teuer! Alternative direkt neben an im Parkhaus!

Great Hotel
Everything went well and the staff was more than accommodating. We arrived early and were provided with early check in. Chandra, Daniel, and Sasha did an awesome job.
Es muy limpio, estuvo excelente. Me gustaron las instalaciones, la atencion y el diseño del lugar
Todo estuvo excelente excepto el servicio de valet, cuando llegue estancia de 3 dias El servicio de valet fue muy bueno llevaban mi auto normalmente los primeros dos días, pero al tercero que fue un día antes de irme o en el mismo segundo día me informaron que mi auto tenía insecto y en ningún momento en todo lo que yo lo he tenido, he visto un insecto de la manera en que lo describieron el caso es que había lo que parecía hacer un saltamontes muerto en el parabrisas, y por esa razón me informaron que el conductor no se sentía cómodo manejando mi auto, por eso lo que fue un poco humillante para mi por lo cual tuve que buscar otro parqueo y lidiar con la lluvia. Mientras camino al hotel todo estuvo excelente, excepto esto no considero que sea mi culpa porque trato de mantener mi auto lo más limpio posible.
