Clean & tidy. Staff supportive & happy to meet your needs. Close to train, shops, restaurants.
Pros:

Hotel is steps away from the train stations in which to explore the city. Our nephew who lives in Japan stayed in a room near our room and was able to show us your lovely city. We were delighted how clean, tidy, & well kept the room was and happy with the little extras provided: toothpaste, Japanese towels, brushes, razers, etc.,.The bathroom with its little tub and shower was perfect. Bed was comfortable for me and my husband. We love your city and if ever we can get back will book your room as long as it remains reasonably priced. Thank you.

Cons:

Understandably rooms are small. I was thinking it would have been helpful to have some shelves on the wall above the mirror, to place the many extra things we use daily, which include devices and plugs. We are classified as elderly and have lots of vitamin bottles, etc., that we need to house while away. The little built in desk/table, although helpful and needed, just wasn’t big enough. But we made do and are grateful for finding your hotel as we really did enjoy our stay. It was close to restaurants, coffee shops and interesting shops to peruse and enjoy. Thank you very much.

The cleaning staff was really rude and the remote didn’t work only on the regular stations and there was no English stations or anything so we didn’t really turn on tv and the room was tiny

Cons:

Esperienza assolutamente deludente.
La camera era minuscola e sopratutto poco pulita con polvere ovunque. Il materasso era sfondato e scomodo redendo difficile dormire!!!! Inoltre durante tutta la notte ho avvertito un fastidioso pizzicore su tutto il corpo.
Tra tutti gli hotel girati in giappone questo nonostante è una catena ha uno standard di pulizia bassissimo.
Non lo consiglio assolutamente
