Персонал на ресепшене при заселении не был достаточно любезен, у нас было в резерве два номера, нас поселили в разных отделениях гостиницы это было достаточно далеко друг от друга, на просьбы что мы семья и хотим быть рядом нам ничего не ответили.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Das Hotel ist nach wie vor schön renoviert. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist überlaufen und das Service entsprechend nicht lobenswert. Die Gastronomie ist am Sonntag vollkommen geschlossen, bis auf die Automaten an der Rezeption! Die kann ich in jedem 2-3-Sternehaus auch haben.

Would absolutely stay again, beautiful old hotel, eat out for breakfast
Pros:

excellent location. very nice toom

Cons:

first room we were given had a very bad smell. we contacted reception and they moved us immediately and upgraded us.
Breakfast was not worth money.

Location was great, room was large

Cons:

Shower: There was a clog/drainage issue in the shower, which made taking a shower quite uncomfortable.

​Beds: We booked a King bed, but instead got two single mattresses pushed together, which kept sliding apart.

​Air Conditioning: The AC was very weak and took a long time to cool down the room.

​Pillows: The pillows were uncomfortable and lacked good support.

Perfect location, excellent facilities, delicious food and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was extensive and delicious. The restaurant was large enough to accomodate lots of guests. The location was perfect, next door to Helsinki Central train station and on the edge of the shopping district. Close enough to walk to the harbour and the ferries as well.

Cons:

We stayed on a premium Saturday night, so it was expensive by comparison to other hotels during the week.

Keskeinen sijainti ja aivan rautatieaseman vieressä. Kauniit,siistit huoneet ja kylpyhuone myös. Monipuolinen ja hyvä aamiainen. Matkalaukkujen säilytyshuone oli hyvä asia,koska huoneisiin pääsi vasta klo 16.00

Sängyn patja oli liian kova, nukkuminen oli kivuliasta koska minulla lonkka ja olkapääkipuja. Hotelliin saavuttuamme etsimme vessaa,joka oli salin toisella puolella. Minua kohti juoksi tarjoilija tmv joka huusi äkäisesti ; rouva,rouva tänne ei saa tuoda koiria! On lounasaika!Poistukaa,poistukaa! Ymmärrän asian,mutta sen olisi voinut esittää ystävällisesti pahoittelemalla että valitettavasti tänne ei saa tuoda koiria,kun on lounasaika. Eikä huutamalla vihaisesti,siitä jäi paha mieli. Minulla oli pieni chihuahua sylissä. Kaikki muu henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.
