Housekeeping was the worse, never cleaned when asked had to call to get extra towels after remove dirty ones daily.

Pros:

The people at the front desk were very nice and informed my daughter and I about everything: shuttle service to Cascade Shopping center. (The shuttle service dropped us off for shopping and dinner and picked up back up to return to the hotel ) The lobby area had alot of GOOD snacks to purchase if we got hunger. AND the early morning Breakfast Bar was excellant. AND it was so close to the Portland airport.
