Great location but facilities and customer service could be better

Location was fantastic

Cons:

We were there for four nights and no cleaning is done during that time. This is too long. We ran out of everything and had to ask for things that should have been replaced even if cleaned once during our stay. Also great to have a kitchen but everything was associated had to be requested from reception.

Pros:

So lovely to have a kitchenette and large fridge. This really came in handy.

Cons:

Although I understood, it was not super convenient to need to carry all the kitchen supplies up to the room from the front office rather than having them all prepared in the room for easy use.

Clean, modern and nice decor
Pool was lovely treat at night

Cons:

It said it had a kitchen, but there was nothing in it. You had to go to reception to get cups, plates etc. I would not recommend this place for self catering

It was fine for a one-night stay.
Pros:

Out of town, quiet location. Good price. Nice pool. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The kitchenette in the room was not stocked. The towels were not stocked at the pool so we had to go inside and ask for them. There was no breakfast provided so my grandkids wanted cereal that was available for purchase in the little mini-market, but the only milk available was chocolate.

Great stay; beds and pillows were very comfortable. The full size fridge was the biggest plus.
Pros:

I liked that it has a full refrigerator and freezer in the room. It made it super easy to keep our ice packs frozen in this hot hot temperatures. The location is great and an easy 1 mile or so walk to a quaint park with a cool bridge that goes over the river. The wi-fi was free.

Cons:

I wish they would have offered free breakfast. The kitchen was not stocked but you could ask for anything you need at the main desk.

Great hotel if you don’t mind finding your own breakfast
Pros:

The room was new and it was a great price and located right next to the entrance to Arches National Park. I was pleasantly surprised by the room.

Cons:

They didn’t offer breakfast which was highly disappointing.
