O quarto era confortável, limpo e estava em boas condições de conservação. A equipe foi bastante atenciosa.
Achei o café da manhã muito simples. Por ser um serviço de atendimento a turistas, seria legal se a equipe estivesse mais preparada com sugestões de restaurantes, passeios e atividades.

The building doesn't have elevator and the room is too small
De locatie is prima, maar de afstanden ten opzichte van horeca zoals aangegeven bij booking.com kloppen totaal niet - alles is verder weg.
Het ontbijt was uiterst basic. Geen boter of beleg aanwezig - dat hebben we dan maar zelf gekocht.
Muffe kamer zonder vensters - ook geen bureau aanwezig, hetgeen wel beloofd wordt bij booking.com. Er is onvoldoende ruimte om kleding op te bergen en door de lage kasten was het onmogelijk om broeken of japonnen op te hangen, hetgeen niet handig is bij een langer verblijf.
Personeel aan de receptie spreekt vrijwel uitsluitend Spaans. De gegeven informatie is afhankelijk van degene die er zit en is niet consistent.
Was- en strijkservice werd aangeboden aan de receptie bij "een betrouwbaar bedrijf waar we zelf ons linnengoed laten reinigen". Was werd keurig afgehaald bij de receptie maar werd - tegen de afspraken in - niet terug bezorgd op de kamer. Moesten die zelf gaan afhalen op een adres op zo'n 20 minuten lopen en alles door de stad heen zeulen. De prijs was, in vergelijking met de rest van Mexico (maar ook met Nederland en België) belachelijk hoog. We zijn naar schatting voor zo'n €60,- opgelicht. Geen rekening. Terug in het hotel bleek dat we spullen misten maar ook wasgoed van andere mensen hadden. Noch het hotel, noch de wasserij voelde zich geroepen om de situatie recht te zetten; "wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk". Omdat we dezelfde ochtend moesten doorreizen viel er voor ons ook niets meer aan te doen.
Er zijn in dezelfde buurt waarschijnlijk klantvriendelijkere hotels te vinden waar je niet wordt opgelicht.
Nada, esse hotel não é 4 estrelas parece um albergue e possui valor de 4 estrelas, ar condicionado quebrado. O quarto não possui nem mesa lateral ao lado da cama pra colocar os pertences de viagem. A cama não é queen. Café da manhã não é buffet e quiseram nos cobrar leite a parte. Chuveiro demora 10 min pra aquecer a água, o vaso não dá descarga direito. Muito ruim. A única coisa boa são os recepcionistas muito gentis e educados e a limpeza também é boa. MAS Se você espera ESTRUTURQ de um hotel 4 estrelas fuja desse, SE ESSE HOTEL TIVESSE VALOR DE 2 OU 3 estrelas não estaria fazendo essa crítica.
Hotel não é 4 estrelas não tem estrutura de 4 estrelas, mas é cobrado valor de 4 estrelas. Não compensou pelo desconforto

La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy amable
Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero para el que solo quiera tener buena ubicacion y dormir esta esta bien. En la habitación 105 La cama suena demasiado, hay unas bancas en la entrada de la habitación donde se sienta la gente y hacen bulla a toda hora y no dejan dormir y casi no hay privacidad, el agua aveces cuesta que caliente o aveces ni calienta y el wifi es lento.
