We loved it.
Pros:

Location was great; easy access to metro and so many different shops nearby. Konbinis and street markets were within a few minutes walk. The room was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

旅行でも落ち着ける空間をありがとう！
Pros:

施設のロケーション（通天閣）も良かったですし、周囲も静かで良かったです。
部屋は清潔感もあり、備え付けの物も短日から長期連泊までゆっくりできる感じです。
急遽、人数変更があり、すぐに対応していただき、大阪に行く日の天気予報なども細かく連絡頂けまたので、楽しい旅行となりました。

Cons:

トイレからお風呂キッチンの廊下の床が少し軋んだりするので気になりました。
ただ評価を落とす物ではないと思います。
