Great hotel in a good location
Pros:

Comfortable and clean room with good bed. Buffet style breakfast was tasty and all staff friendly and helpful. Car parking at such a central location was very useful, albeit quite expensive. Hotel is in a good location and very close to the Saint Catherine district with a great choice of bars and restaurants. Whilst not far, the Grand Place is a little walk away (about 10 mins), despite the name of the hotel.

Cons:

Car park had a very tight entrance and would not be suitable for some vehicles. The means of gaining access to the car park was also a trifle complicated, although reception staff were very helpful to us in order to overcome this.

Le Petit déjeuner était très correct.

Ma chambre 203 ne correspondait pas à ma demande à savoir 2 lits séparés ( j'étais en vacances avec mon petit-fils de 12 ans ).
Je suis allée parlementer avec les responsables de l'hôtel.
1ere remarque : vous vous êtes trompée en faisant votre réservation (j'avais précisé chambre standard avec 2 lits séparés )
2ème discussion : c 'est la aut de booking.com, qui n' ont pas maîtrisé.
Puis, nous sommes "complet ", nous ne pouvons pas changé...etc.
J'ai demandé à voir le patron : possible de le rencontrer le mardi 25 à 10h.
Le mardi entrevue impossible car il est en vacances...
Il y a eu de leur part aucun professionnalisme.
J'étais don saisir Que Choisir, l'organisme de consommateurs dont je suis membre pour voir avec eux ce problème *hôtel et agence booking com)

La propreté ,l’espace de la chambre, l’emplacement magnifique à deux pas de la place du marché au poisson, avec ses restaurants et ses animations en été !

Cons:

L’accès au parking impossible avec un véhicule de type break. Il n’y a pas d’espace pour aborder l’entrée quand la chaussée est encombrée à gauche. nous avons dû payer 30 € à l’Interparking pour garer notre voiture.

L’éclairage de la chambre fonctionne un peu par tout ou rien. impossible d’utiliser une lumière tamisée sans éclairer l’autre pièce plein pot.

Hotel cómodo y recomendable
Pros:

Hotel correcto, camas cómodas, ubicación céntrica. Cumple las expectativas, para su nivel y precio.

Cons:

Aunque el desayuno está bien, se agradecería un poco más de variedad en los platos calientes (salsichas de cerdo o bacon, por ejemplo) y algo de fruta cortada. En la habitación no hay apenas sitios donde dejar las cosas y no hay mesa de trabajo.

Desayuno poco variado, la fruta escasa (solo había peras y, ocasionalmente, plátanos) y si algún producto se terminaba, tardaban en reponerlo o, directamente, no se reponía.
En la habitación poco sitio para la maleta y sin armario. En el baño solo había una percha.
