Pros:

proximité immediat du centre

Cons:

_ il est necessaire d'avoir une brosse pour toilette comme les chambres sont effectuées tous les 3 jours.
_ absence de crêpes et de gauffres au petit dej
_ au moins deux patères dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes, robinet lavabo mal adapté, car excentré et generant de ce fait une flaque d'eau permanente sur le plan de travail

Satisfactory overall
Pros:

Staff is your biggest asset. Very pleasant and helpful.Location was good.Air Conditioning very potent unlike in other hotels. A telephone in the room to connect with the reception.

Cons:

amenities poor , for example when i asked for hair conditioner , they did not have.No hair dryer in the room so had to go to reception to get one. They said there should have been one in the room. No cleaning brush for the toilet . Very little room to put anything, mantle very narrow. No decent chair to sit on in the room , 2 poofs that were a few centimeters higher than the garbage bin. A senior can not sit there.In the toilet the fan (vent) had dirt or mold on it.

Great location and staff
Pros:

Great location, 10 mins from Grand Place. Staff very helpful, particularly Sergei. Comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. Bathroom modern and clean, big TV with many channels catering to many nationalities. Breakfast adequate. Close to public transport connections.

Cons:

Air conditioning broke down resulting in us having to move rooms twice in a 6 night stay. Although clean, there were holes in towels and bedding.
Be aware that housekeeping is only scheduled every 3 days unless requested.

Wenn wir nochmal nach Brüssel fahren sollten,kehren wir auf jeden Fall dort wieder ein👌
Pros:

Frühstück,Ambiente und Service,besonderst das man den Abend bei einem Spielchen mit Cocktail und Bierchen beenden konnten

Cons:

Ehrlich gesagt,das das Frühstück immer gleich war,ein bisschen Abwechslung könnte gut sein😉
Was wir am schlimmsten fanden,das Zimmer 504 keine Toilettenbürste hatte😭
