Pros:

Staff very attentive..friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Offered 2 Free cocktails on day of arrival...noticed most people had them to later in night....tasted like warm blackcurrant cordial...most people said same ....not complaining just an observation... room was lovely and airy..comfy bed....
Very off putting stain on carpet though...

A short stay
Pros:

The room was spacious with a very good mattress.
During the heatwave the air-conditioning was a god send.
My dog Josh enjoyed his stay too!
The staff were very friendly and made me and Josh feel at home.
Well done The Moxy team!! Josh and I will definitely be back!!

Hotel nice, parking payment is a joke

Location was good. Free drink on arrival was a nice touch. The room was nice

Cons:

The car parking was a joke. We had to pay by an app every day. And one day we had to walk all the way back to resolve the issue at the hotel. We were told on day 1 the hotel could do nothing to sort parking payments, yet on day 2 when we had walked all the way back to resolve it was all sorted by a pleasant staff member. I wouldn’t strongly suggest you offer parking payment at the hotel reception. It’s actually put me off re booking at the Moxy.

Friendly staff but needs up a tidy in areas.
Pros:

Hotel was nice, room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful

Cons:

We was given the wrong room at check in, as paid for extras. So had to go back to reception to sort.
Shower was very slow & on a slope.
Some areas were a bit untidy & needed a better clean.
