Das war anders wie erwartet.
Cons:

Das Tor zum Parkhaus war defekt. Der Aufzug war auch defekt am Tag der Abreise. Ich musste vom 8.-ten Stok das Gepäck mit meiner Tochter und Hund zu Fuß in die Tiefgarage tragen.

Cons:

Aufzug defekt, musste bis in die 6 Etage laufen.
Von 7 gebuchten Zimmer war eins noch nicht sauber gemacht worden, Toilette im Erdgeschoss dauerhaft abgeschossen und somit nicht nutzbar, Getränkeautomat bier leer und das Personal hatte auch nichts mehr zum auffüllen da...

Bis auf die Umstände wegen der Dusche ok
Cons:

Das Duschwasser ließ sich nicht regulieren, Wasser zu heiß um die Dusche zu nutzen. Das Personal war nicht in der Lage Abhilfe zu schaffen. Man bot uns an ein anderes Zimmer zu beziehen. Das konnten wir aus Termin Gründen nicht.
