Fernata metro a 100 metri, parcheggio privato a 15 euro al giorno, accanto c'è anche un supermercato con ampio parcheggio. Camera essenziale ma pulita e silenziosa

Das gesamte Zimmer ,incl. Bad. Das Wasser läuft aus der Dusche nicht ab. Es funktioniert nur eine kleine Lampe im Bad. Das Zimmer wo das Bettchen steht, ist dermaßen runter gekommen. Als Vermieter würde ich mich in Grund und Boden schämen, so etwas seine. Gästen anzubieten.

Angenehme Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe des Mittleren Rings, ganz in der Nähe auch U-Bahn und Tram. Die Zimmer sind modern, relativ groß. Die Betten sind bequem, die Matratzen wirken neuwertig, sind nicht durchgelegen. Das Bad ist klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Geräuschdämmung der Zimmer ist ausgezeichnet; wenn man das Fenster schließt, ist von der Tübinger Straße kaum etwas zu hören. Das Frühstück entspricht der Preis- und Komfortklasse, frische Brötchen, ordentlicher Wurst- und Käseaufschnitt, Obst und Müsli, guter Kaffee aus der Maschine, gekochte Eier. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dank der Tiefgarage ist die Unterbringung des Autos kein Problem.

Cons:

Der Fernseher hatte außer einigen Sendern der RTL-Gruppe praktisch keinen Empfang, teilweise total verpixelte Bilder. Der Zugang zur Tiefgarage ist zur Zeit unkontrolliert, so dass es schwierig werden kann, einen freien Platz zu finden.. Die Rampe der Einfahrt ist ziemlich schmal.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Super ist die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn. Trotzdem war es nachts ruhig. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir überwiegend unterwegs waren. Es war sauber.

Cons:

Kim Zimmer war Teppichboden.
