Pros:

Great views from rooms, bar and restaurant. Most staff were excellent, friendly and professional. Room was large, fresh and very comfortable

Cons:

Reluctant service and options in the executive lounge, options and service in the bar and restaurant were much better. Lack of food options for vegan/vegetarian

Pros:

Very helpful the staffs. My room tv remote control not working n I told them the next morning. They apologized n gifted their hotel Teddy Bear. Their breakfast buffet was very gd n delicious.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like is u have to change lifts to go to ur room cos have to wait for the lifts n take some time.
