Staff needs to take guest requests seriously…however it was a beautiful stay

Fact that i booked a breakfast pack at night when i was checking in and in the morning i was told to wait because it was never booked with the kitchen…i had to leave for my training without breakfast and yet i paid for it

Cons:

They didn't split the king bed like I asked, I had to call after checking in and waited almost 20 minutes for the housekeepers to meet the request. There was a night during which the people next door were making noise.
