Ok
Pros:

It was clean
The stuff at the front desk was very pleasant

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare. Almost always full. I think people who are not living in the hotel were using it.
Breakfasts were small selection - after a few days I didn't know what to pick. Tomatoes were gone. Why didn't you start earlier, 7 is too late? Coffee machines were broken daily.
Location was OK - not great. There is no grocery or restaurant around. Except the hotel restaurant which is not great. You need to wait a long time to get noticed by the staff and the food is mediocre.

We booked the wrong accomodation
Pros:

It’s a great spot for younger people and hikers. Too far from cortina for us.

Cons:

Accomodation for hikers not tourists.

Tolles Haus an einem noch besseren Ort mit super Personal.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet, alles sehr geschmackvoll und funktional.
Das Personal war super freundlich.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Einzelne Mitglieder meiner Gruppe fanden, dass im Bistro Lehnen an den Stühlen oder Bänken sinnvoll wären. Fand ich selbst aber nicht so wichtig.

Pros:

Nice, renovated property. Nice staff, very clean and nice rooms. Free parking available at premises.

Cons:

Location is a bit remote-20min to Cortina, which might be longer in case of snow. Good to take into account. However, if you prefer a bit remote, quiet location, this is a very good choice.

Adequate accomodations in the mountains
Pros:

It was very easy to park with a big accessible parking lot. We were able to get one room to accommodate our family which was nice. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. They do have a washer and dryer if you need to wash your clothes but only one of each so it takes some creative timing (like going down at 5 am) to use them.

Cons:

Breakfast was just ok. Runny eggs and some of the fruit was canned but some of the other items were ok. The shower fixture was broken and pointed in an odd direction making showering a little difficult. Nobody came to fix it after it was reported. The entire building had an odd chemical smell, maybe it was the cleaning products they use but it was odd. For a mountain lodge it was ok.
