Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich

Cons:

Für das Frühstück gibt es nur 2 Kaffeemaschinen, wovon 1 ausser Betrieb war (defekt). Für soviele Gäste nicht sehr angenehm - lange Wartezeiten.
Sie könnten ev. Kaffeekannen mit Kaffee und heißem Wasser zusätzlich aufstellen.

Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, weil das Bad schmutzig und Abfluss der Dusche verstopft war.
Der Frühstücksraum ist eine Zumutung.

Wenig Service für viel Geld.
Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, ist modern und war sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot war Massenabfertigung. Tische mal zwischendurch abwischen Fehlanzeige. Dusche im Bad bräuchte mal eine Grundreinigung. Zweites Fenster Riegel fehlt.

Pros:

Pulizia perfetta, camera ampia, bagno comodo, staff cordiale.

Cons:

Colonnine ricarica auto non utilizzabili, luce rossa sopra la porta d’entrata della camera che si è accesa alle 3 di notte e non si è più spenta (fatto presente al momento del check-out e la ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile dicendoci che avrebbe chiamato la manutenzione per risolvere il problema)

Gutes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte oder Durchreise
Pros:

Einfaches Hotel mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Man gibt sich große Mühe, für Gäste mit allen zu versorgen.

Cons:

Die angrenzenden Straßen sind sehr befahren, auch nachts. So kann man nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen...

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr enttäuschend

Die Lage im Gewerbegebiet direkt an der Autobahn hat uns enttäuscht. Das Umfeld ist wenig attraktiv. Der Zimmer“Ausblick“ auf Betonflächen war wenig ansprechend. Für den relativ hohen Preis empfanden wir das Angebot insgesamt als zu einfach und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. Zudem gab es Probleme mit dem Badezimmer. Die ebenerdige Dusche schloss nicht richtig, sodass nach jedem Duschen ein großer Teil des Badezimmers unter Wasser stand.

Bei unserer Ankunft befand sich im Bad zunächst nur ein Satz Handtücher pro Person. Erst nachdem wir dies angesprochen hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sich weitere Handtücher in einem Beutel im Schrank befanden. Dieser Hinweis wäre bei der Anreise hilfreich gewesen, da die zusätzlichen Handtücher nicht offensichtlich zu finden waren. Positiv war lediglich die gute Busverbindung in die Altstadt.
