What is going on in Cody
Pros:

I am a long time Hampton/Hilton Member and have enjoyed the comfort of many of my stays, both here in the USA and abroad. However, over the last few years, I have found that the brand is not what it use to be. Rooms are not as clean, service is lacking and breakfast is a total bomb. Then came CODY ... I booked this location because it was the most reasonably priced at a popular time of year in this town and it was just a few days stop over. I never expected to find a brand new light at the end of the Hampton tunnel. The hotel was spotless, the bedding was incredibly comfortable and the laundry room was immaculate. The staff were welcoming and happy and genuinely honest in their attempt to make you feel at home and comfortable. I almost forgot I was at a Hampton. I have not experienced this in many years. But the real reason for my review, which I normally do not write many, is Chris. That's right, Chris, the star of this organization. Chris makes your breakfast and you will never have one quite like it again at ANY Hampton. Yes, there is all the Hampton regulars, but there's something much more and different and special. Everything is fresher, cleaner and tastier, I swear, you will experience this too. You will not find a mess anywhere, everything is spotless, refilled, hot (or cold) and plentiful. And the biscuits ... he told us the secret, but I'm not telling you. The fresh and juicy sausage too, not the tired old Hampton fare. But the real reason I am writing this is because there was something else that was pretty amazing and special. I watched from afar how Chris interacted with EVERYONE. He greeted you with pleasure, talked with you about everything, wished you happiness and fun in your day, helped you with your meal and on multiple occasions assisted the children in making their waffles, talked to them and took them through the process. I was without a doubt WOWED. Who does this?! Who works like that anymore?! Who cares so much about what they do?! Chris does, that's who and Hampton better run with this and get this man in a nationwide corporate training with other Hamptons and let him make some more stars who make your institution shine ... Ciao!
