I definitely felt that the stay matched my expectations overall your team is friendly and helpful
Pros:

I found that the breakfast was good enough. I enjoyed the potatoes and in particular I enjoyed the Sunny breakfast area and the seating was comfortable and accessible

Cons:

I think the bathroom could be a little cleaner

Pros:

The staff. From the manager Genevieve solved us a booking issue. Sussie the Peruvian was outstanding at check in. And Taline during our stay was truly amazing! It is so refreshing to have warm staff in a hotel chain. But they when above and beyond for us.

Cons:

Staff extremely warm and helpful.

We will stay there again next time in the area to see our daughter.
Pros:

Very clean and totally updated. Enjoyed having the parking lot right across the street. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in hotels which offered them.

Cons:

You can’t help it, but the view from my room of the interior square left a lot to be desired

Very nice and better than expected. Great shopping, restaurants and a beautiful park next door.
Pros:

Newly upgraded property. Room was new and had above average amenities. This property is next door to an outdoor mall containing restaurants and next to a beautiful historic park.

Cons:

Parking garage was detached and difficult to access. The desk personell didn't communicate the price of parking. The price was supposed to be $186 per night with all tax included; the price at checkout was $236. I was caught off guard by the total cost at the time of check out.

A great place to hold a function!
Pros:

I helped plan an event for our church at the Hampton Inn Watertown/ Boston. The events sales team, and especially Maya, was exceptional! They spent time through walk through our event and made sure all the planning the perfect! The day of the event, the staff in hand were all very helpful and accommodating. The event was held seamlessly and everyone had a great time! Thank you to the staff at Hampton Inn!

Very good, I would stay again if in need of the city access.
Pros:

The breakfast was a huge benefit that doesn’t come with most hotels for one night.

Cons:

Location, hard to park. It’s not your fault but the inner city is difficult to drive in when as a customer you are used to it.
