Hilton Garden Inn Austin North-Near the Domain, TX

Came in after a soccer game and thought I was just going to go to bed. Kaley was still open in the bar. Made friends with patrons and appreciated the service provided. Great service. Great attitude. Great drinks.

We had a great stay here! Everything was super clean. We decided it was easiest to eat at the hotel. Food was great. Kaley was absolutely wonderful and deserves recognition for how she handled a really difficult situation tonight. I witnessed another guest become extremely confrontational with her, and she somehow managed to stay calm, professional, and kind throughout the entire interaction. The guest was completely out of line, and I honestly felt terrible for her because it was clear she was having a rough night, but she never let that affect the way she treated anyone.

After watching how she handled that situation, I was genuinely impressed. Working with the public is not easy, especially when someone is being unnecessarily aggressive, and Kaley handled herself with so much patience and professionalism. She absolutely deserves some extra appreciation after tonight!

After traveling with a toddler for more than four hours, we checked into our room and decided to just visit the hotel restaurant for dinner. Kayley was extremely accommodating with an adventurous toddler and we requested to be seated outside. Even though other guests in the hotel were extraordinarily demanding, entitled and rude, she kept her cool and provided extraordinary service to us. Kudos to her for trying to enforce hotel protocol with guests who apparently thought no hotel policies applied to them. Thank you for making our first night in Austin, hospitable and welcoming!

The hotel has a great location and was nice!

I am here for business alone for a month and I've had an amazing time with Victor and Hailey! Victor has been there for me since day one , not only has his service been great but the conversations have been top tier. Not having people here and being new is never easy and I will say they have made my long stay feel like home. I'm very greatful for them . Hailey is also a powerhouse bartender , they just make everything less stressful after work and I dont even know what else to say but thank you !!

Loved the hotel location and amenities. Walking distance to The Domain and Q2 FC soccer stadium.

All the staff was great but both Kristian who served breakfast was amazing and other amazing staff was detail cleaning all the tables and chairs - Trinity. She was very diligent and detailed.

Excellent experience! Chef Drew prepared the perfect beef kabobs. The beef was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The vegetables had just a subtle hint of heat—enough to enhance the taste. Everything was cooked to perfection, with crisp, flavorful vegetables and perfectly grilled steak. These were, seriously the best kabobs I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was an awesome experience, bartender victor was awesome and made incredible drinks. Security guard Duncan was very attentive.

I stay here all the time. The food and service are always amazing. Tristan the chef runs some of the most amazing specials. Highly recommended

If you haven't stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Austin North-Near the Domain or dined at the Oak Bar & Bistro, you're missing out on an outstanding experience. The food is exceptional and expertly prepared by Chef Drew, while Vic, the bartender, provides attentive and friendly service that makes every guest feel welcome.

I frequently travel for school and have stayed here a few times. The rooms are nice, spacious, and modern. This location has a restaurant and bar located downstairs as well. The food and service was amazing. We had Victor as a bartender and he was great. He was very attentive to all of his present customers making everyone feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would highly recommend you try to catch him if you stay here.
