Great location, awesome restaurants and coffee nearby.. Very nice and modern hotel. Terrace and pool area were great. Loved the heated pool.

Cons:

After we had checked in the hotel gave out our room keys to another couple. Nothing happened from it but its a privacy/trust issue. I didn't like how the hotel handled the mixup at all. It wasn't easy to get pool towels...none at the pool and ours weren't replaced after room cleaning. For the cost of the hotel I expected better customer service.

Modern and comfortable
Pros:

Very nice, modern, sharp looking hotel. Staff was warm and helpful. My only issues with these type of hotels is form over function. No towel holder, we had to use the drawer under the sink to hang our hand towels. A small issue that did not ruin our stay. Had two breakfasts in the hotel which were tasty but the menu is limited.

One of the best hotel gyms...
Pros:

We found the Humaniti Hotel to be perfect for a few days in Montréal. They location of the hotel is very central and we found it was very walkable to many of the places we wanted to explore in the city.

We appreciated the quick check in and the late check out that they provided.

One of the best hotel gyms we have seen. We used it daily. We also enjoyed the pool and the sauna. They pool gets very crowded and is small with limited seating - but a beautiful place to relax if you can get a chair.

The daily breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed starting our day there.

We would not hesitate to return on our next trip to Montréal.
