I’ll be back!
Pros:

That the Hotel was small yet roomy. Staff were exceptional. Easy in easy out.

Cons:

The pool was 82 degrees, could have been a bit warmer. The room shower control was not intuitive. Also didnt like leaving. lol

Great find
Pros:

Everything was perfect, the pool was warm and the breakfast delicious! Easy walking distance of so much. Would happily stay here again.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage in Montreal, Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück ala Carte, daher etwas eingeschränkt, aber Qualität sehr gut.

QUASI PERFETTO
Pros:

per quanto riguarda la struttura mi è piaciuto tutto . camera, pulizia , e la migliore colazione mai fatta all'estero anche se non era a buffet .
posizione ottima , tutto ( o quasi ) raggiungibile a piedi .
cordialità al desk e del personale delle pulizie.

Cons:

Personale del ristorante , onestamente poco sorridente ( non tutti ovviamente , ma la maggior parte ) .
non ho messo 10 solo per questo .

BUEN HOTEL PARA ESTANCIA EN MONTREAL
Pros:

Edificio moderno, con buena ubicación
Decoración moderna y en perfecto estado. Cama cómoda.
Excelentes instalaciones del gym, de los mejores en los que he estado

Cons:

Poco espacio entre las camas y ningún enchufe en los laterales exteriores de las camas. Baño moderno, pero poco espacioso
Que la reserva era para 4, pero el desayuno sólo estaba incluido para 2 personas y que fuera a la carta, las opciones son muy reducidas

Schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneten Lage.
Pros:

Muy bonito pero con fallos importantes
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitacion y las instalaciones en general como el gimnasio, terraza, piscina. El personal es amable y correcto.
La rapidez en la respuesta a mi reclamación por haberme cargado de más en mi tarjeta de crédito.

Cons:

El acceso al parking era realmente incomodo y había que ir imaginando como salir o entrar.
Las llaves electronicas de la habitación dejaron de funcionar en varias ocasiones y a varios de los miembros de mi grupo.
El desayuno no fue una experiencia agradable. Para empezar desde que llegamos al restaurante hasta que empezamos a comer pasaron 30 minutos. Las opciones de desayuno eran limitadas y el personal disponible claramente insuficiente. Desde luego no es lo que esperaria de un hotel de esta categoria.
Finalmente, tras indicarme al hacer el check-out que estaba todo correcto con mi factura se me carga en la tarjeta una cantidad superior y cuando escribo para pedir explicaciones me indican que será un cargo adicional de mi banco en España por cambio de divisa. La diferencia era de unos $100CAD (62€) que es una cantidad desorbitada para un cargo de entorno a 475€.
Unos dias después ha aparecido el cargo correcto en mi tarjeta pero no ha desparecido el cargo incorrecto anterior.

Este error de cobro es de nuevo algo que no esperaria de un hotel de estas caracteristicas y que no ha ocurrido en ninguno de los otros hoteles que hemos usado en Canadá en este viaje.

Gerne wieder, jedoch ohne Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel verfügt über ein perfekt ausgestattetes Gym. Für mich das absolute Highlight.

Cons:

Das Frühstück würde ich beim nächsten Mal nicht buchen. Dem Essen fehlte es an Frische und dem Personal fiel es schwer die Tische abzuräumen, bzw. diese zu reinigen.
