Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut und absolut zentral. Ein echter Pluspunkt waren die Zimmer, da diese wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet sind.

Cons:

Leider musste ich während meines Aufenthalts einige schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Service machen. Obwohl ich zwei Tage dort war, wurde mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit leider überhaupt nicht gereinigt.
Besonders geärgert hat mich jedoch ein Vorfall an der Rezeption: Diese ist offiziell bis 22:30 Uhr besetzt. Als ich mir um 22:10 Uhr noch schnell eine Cola kaufen wollte, war dies nicht mehr möglich. Der Mitarbeiter erklärte mir – in einem nicht gerade freundlichen Ton –, dass er allein für die Abrechnung 10 Minuten brauche und schließlich um 22:30 Uhr Feierabend habe.
Für ein kundenorientiertes Hotel ist so ein Verhalten 20 Minuten vor Betriebsschluss absolut unverständlich.
