Really nice hotel, feels luxurious
Pros:

Hotel was really nice, very comfortable, quiet. Free breakfast in form od bread, croissants, butter and jam was provided to all guests, they offer complementary coffee, tea, different juices and drunks. Room was quite large, with a big bed formed with two mattreses. Lication was also good because there are ample optins for public transport to all sides of Kyoto. Also there is a laundry with a very affordable price.

Cons:

Pillows smelled Mildewy, which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The window in the room is opaque so you don’t see out, and it is not letting light in so you constantly need lights on.

Très bon hôtel sur Kyoto,
Le confort y est.

Cons:

Emplacement, je préfère tout faire à pieds et l’hôtel reste un peu loin de gion
Mais à 10mn à pieds du nishiki market et de la zone commerciale.

Pros:

I liked everything. That was the best hotel during our 16 days stay in Japan. Excellent location, excellent stuff, complementary coffee and bread every morning, cosy rooms with tea sets and etc.

Cons:

Just a little bit hard pillows and no clear windows.

We are very pleased during the week we stayed.
Pros:

The location is ideal for tourists to walk to sites such as Nijo castle and Nishiki market, and many restaurants. The early morning bread beverages is very nice. Breakfast is also available.

Total luxury with so many wonderful inclusions
Pros:

Complimentary tea & coffee all day including toast for breakfast. Matcha making facilities in the room. The beautiful tree in the room was a delight to have!

Cons:

The hard pillows but were replaced immediately on request

Ett favorithotell i Kyoto!
Pros:

Ett hotell att komma tillbaka till. Bra läge nära tunnebana, buss och tåg. Japansk prägel på lobby och rum. Lobbyn är lugn och man kan sitta här och njuta av te, kaffe, kall dricka (gratis). Absolut prisvärt!

Cons:

Svårt att få plats med 2 resväskor på rummet. Hade önskat några fler krokar för handdukar mm.

Ottimo hotel per qualche giorno a Kyoto
Pros:

Lo stile dell’hotel è davvero meraviglioso e lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Avendo scelto una camera di livello superiore, ci aspettavamo fosse leggermente più spaziosa. Ma assolutamente consigliata!

Alloggiato presso la struttura per 3 notti. Il personale non é stato cordiale come invece sono stati gli altri soggiorni
Pros:

La posizione rispetto a ciò che c’é da vedere nella città!

Cons:

La scarsa pulizia della camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato (rinvenuti tanta polvere, dei calzini sporchi non nostri sotto il letto e un’unghia finta non nostra).
