The property was close to shopping, just a few minutes walk and it was near a shopping district with lots of food areas as well.
The staff seemed like they were a one person for everything. There wasn’t anyone that was designated to the front desk, and sometimes there would be no one there and no way to contact them or let them know you were there.
Honestly exceeded expectations it was spacious comfortable beautiful deco and great location with a bus stop outside highly recommend this hotel would definitely return

The hotel has a stylish design. The room was very spacious. I also appreciated the complimentary detox water, tea, and the matcha-making set available throughout the day, which was a thoughtful touch.
Unfortunately, my overall experience didn’t fully meet expectations. The breakfast was disappointing and lacked both quality and variety. In addition, cleanliness was an issue during my stay. The common areas, including the lobby and elevators, did not appear to be maintained to the standard I would expect, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel could be improved. The hotel also charges for the use of the laundry facilities. Unfortunately, the clothes came out with an unpleasant odor, suggesting that the washing machines may not have been properly maintained.
Posizione, pulizia, gentilezza anche se un po’ scostante (non in tutti). Molto bene il welcome drink ogni volta che si rientrava te caldo e freddo, caffè e piccoli pasticcini sempre pronti una chicca.

位置的話公車很方便 往景點或是京都車站的公車站牌都在附近而已。
房內空間就是中規中矩，兩個28寸可以全打開，但步行可能就是要跨過去一下哈哈哈哈哈哈還可以接受啦
提早兩個月左右訂的，訂到的價格非常划算，一個晚上兩個人1600，這個價格，以上體驗已經很滿意了！

Очень чисто. Брали люкс-необычный, со стеклянной колбой, где внутри растет дерево и сверху видно небо. Вид на дерево с подсветкой со стороны кроватей, со стороны ванной и со стороны гостиной-прям прикольно

Room a little small, but we soon realised, that's Japan.
Horrible breakfast and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were hair everywhere especially under the bed
