lovely hotel, great location.
Pros:

The location is very very good. Its right besind the train station and then only one stop to get into the central station which brings you to all the tourist sights. The room was clean and comfotable. The staff are friendly.

Cons:

The room is quite small, but for one person it was fine. I liked how there was air conditioning. I liked that the doors were easy enough to lock. As a female, the area felt very safe. there is a city tax on the room when you get there so just be mindful of that its about 6euros. You can hear a bit of noise from outside in the hall way when in the room during the day but apart from that the stay was perfect.

Great for 2 night or less
Pros:

We liked the supermarket and metro underneath the building. The breakfast was nice and fulfilling.

Cons:

Staying there more than 2 nights. You start to get annoyed by the many ambulances driving by 3 times a night and ventilation system continuously humming. The breakfast is always the same so you have to start becoming creative after multiple days, by mixing things up. Also the bed is small and hard, it's ok for one or two nights but don't book more.

Alles war in Ordnung, so wie wir es erwartet hatten.

Cons:

Frühstückspersonal war etwas ungeübt und langsam, man brauchte etwas Geduld, die wir hatten.
Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer. Es waren zu wenige Aufhängemöglichkeiten für die Handtücher vorhanden.

Ruhiges Zimmer in der City
Pros:

Die Lage ist super praktisch -- nur eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, Rewe, Bäcker & dm im selben Gebäude. Der Rezeptionist war super lieb und hat mir alles erklärt (das Hotel wird über einen Aufzug erreicht, den man nachts über den Zimmercode freischalten muss). Das Zimmer sah noch sehr neu aus, war sauber und ruhig.

Cons:

Das Treppenhaus (ich gehe jetzt einfach mal davon aus, dass es eins gibt) war nicht gut ausgeschildert, sodass man den Aufzug nehmen muss.
