Ein familiärer Aufenthalt mit Hindernissen.
Cons:

​Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie im B&B Hotel in Köln. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt okay, allerdings gab es zwei sehr unangenehme Punkte:

​Aufzug defekt: Der Aufzug im Hotel hat nicht funktioniert. Da wir mit einem Kleinkind, einem Kinderwagen und sehr viel Gepäck unterwegs waren, mussten wir alles über die enge Treppe in den zweiten Stock tragen. Das war extrem mühsam.

​Probleme mit heißem Wasser für Babynahrung: In den Zimmern dieser Hotelkette gibt es gewöhnlich keinen Wasserkocher, was für uns kein Problem war, da man uns in anderen Hotels das Wasser immer problemlos und kostenlos aufgewärmt hat. Hier sagte man uns jedoch zuerst, dass kein Wasser vorhanden sei, und verwies uns auf den Kaffeeautomaten, wo wir 2 € pro Becher zahlen mussten. Erst später kam eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin (vermutlich die Managerin/Administratorin), die Verständnis zeigte, die Küche öffnete und uns kostenfrei heißes Wasser für die Babynahrung gab. Vielen Dank an sie für die Hilfe!

​Wir hoffen, dass das Hotel den Aufzug repariert und den Gästen mit Kleinkindern in Zukunft von Anfang an entgegenkommt, anstatt sie für heißes Wasser für ein Baby an den Automaten zu verweisen.
