Just a bit disappointed. Have stayed there before but doesn’t seem to be quite as good.
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast.
Location was fine for we we needed to go

Cons:

Stayed in superior King room.
Had to ask for clean cups and glasses after second day, we were there for four days. There are no sinks apart from in bathroom even though kitchenette. No toaster which would have been good.
Don’t want to be picky but only one bedside table and there was plenty room for one. 🤷‍♀️

Location. We are returning customers because the standard has been great last 3 years.

Cons:

The bed in the room we were gave me stiff neck. First time had an issue might just be the bed in that room.

Very happy with the service and facilities
Pros:

The ‘accessible’ room lived up to its name. Many hotels call a room accessible if it has a rail in the toilet. This room had space enough for someone in a wheelchair, and the bathroom was open, large, easy to manoeuvre around and had a seat in the shower. We ate at Rump & Ribs each night and the service was exceptional, especially Chrissie who looked after us the first night. The food was excellent. Also, my friend googled the mattress and intends to buy one because she says it’s the most comfortable one she has slept on

Cons:

The chair in the room could have done with arms. Often those with mobility issues do better when they can push up out of a chair.

Reasonably well appointed

Cons:

Doors to the rooms need to be adjusted so they cannot be slammed shut. Doors slamming was a major disturbance especially late at night. The entire floor shook whenever the neighbours slammed their doors shut.
