Great location to where I had meetings, and also good restaurants close by

Always happy to stay here.
Pros:

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and we are always pleased. The room is very well appointed, much better than some others we recently stayed in that were considered to be higher end.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Will will continue to stay here when we come to Melbourne to visit relatives.

Excellent accommodation. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Very comfortable room. Great bed. Lovely bathroom. The car parking while not free was reasonable and very convenient and charging for EVs was available.
Staff were friendly and professional and the free upgrade of room was unexpected and appreciated.

Lovely place to relax out in the suburbs.
Pros:

breakfast was delicious! they could have more pastries like chocolate croissants and muffins. the room was lovely and I was upgraded to a very big suite for some reason which was very nice of them, not sure why.
