The hotel is well located in an outer suburb, easily accessible and close to public transport, shops and restaurants. Our room was very large, well equipped and comfortable with a large bathroom with a good shower, along with good noise insulation from the rail and busy roads. Good presentation overall. Ability to arrange pre-payment and entry for parking was a good option.
Breakfast buffet could offer a few more food options. Disappointing that brewed coffee was provided in a vacuum flask, with no self-serve machine available (which is a hotel norm nowadays, including other Rydges properties).
(Reflecting a separate, one-night stay review for family members) The hotel is well located in an outer Melbourne suburb, easily accessible and close to public transport, shops and restaurants. Our room was very large, well equipped and comfortable with a large bathroom with a good shower, along with good noise insulation from the rail and busy roads. Good presentation overall. Ability to arrange pre-payment and entry for parking was a good option. Overall, a comfortable 5 night stay. Will stay again.
