Not quite disappointed but still won’t stay again
Pros:

The panoramic view was good & the large in room bath nice also

Cons:

No towels, only x2 hand towels for a room with a bath, shower & sauna. The shower will soak the floor!
No complimentary water. At a request for additional tea & milk over a 2 night stay, none were supplied.
The location is a €30 taxi to the centre & likely a €40 return. Hotel transport should be considered

Très bon hôtel dans l’ensemble avec son petit-déjeuner, ses chambres spacieuses et le SPA qui est un gros plus.

Cons:

Bémol pour l’eau de la piscine qui est assez froide et la chambre qui nous a pas été faite 1 jour durant notre séjour.

Dining room used foir dinner and was fine

Cons:

The room was very very dark (you could not see anything in the entrance way where the suitcase and safe were) and the rest of the room was also on the dark side.

Super freundliches Personal und ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett.
300m ist die Bahnhaltestelle entfernt, so kann man super alles erreichen und ist in 10min mitten in der City

Pros:

Everyone is very helpful and enthusiastic. We met Karim in the evening at the reception desk, helped us with a lot of information. Also the 2 reception ladies in the morning who checked us in were amazing!
