Ein toller Aufenthalt mit vielen positiven Eindrücken - wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Mehrheit des Personals war ausgesprochen freundlich, insbesondere an der Rezeption. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen sehr gutes Deutsch.
Das gesamte Hotel sowie die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Auch das Housekeeping-Team war äußerst freundlich und hat sehr professionell gearbeitet.

Wenn wir wieder einmal in Rijeka sind, werden wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen!

Cons:

Für ein so großes Hotel ist der Poolbereich leider etwas knapp bemessen, insbesondere was die Anzahl der Liegen betrifft.
Leider werden auch hier die Liegen bereits am frühen Morgen von Hotelgästen mit Handtüchern „reserviert“, obwohl dies ausdrücklich nicht erlaubt ist und an jedem Sonnenschirm sowie auf entsprechenden Hinweisschildern darauf hingewiesen wird.

Bedauerlicherweise reagiert das Poolpersonal nicht auf solche reservierten Liegen, die teilweise mehrere Stunden unbesetzt bleiben. Dabei wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass Handtücher auf Liegen vom Personal entfernt werden, wenn diese über längere Zeit unbesetzt reserviert werden.
Das ist sehr schade, insbesondere für Gäste, die gerne am Pool entspannen möchten, aber keine freie Liege finden, weil viele Liegen stundenlang mit Handtüchern belegt sind. Hier wäre es wünschenswert, wenn das Hotel die eigenen Regeln konsequenter umsetzen würde.

One of the best hotels. Location, beach, SPA, service, rooms - everything is worth the price
Cons:

The only problem - smoking people on the beach everywhere. It would be much nicer if the hotel at least tried to divide the zones for smoking and non-smoking people.

El personal sobre todo en el Spa muy desagradable ,no sabíamos acceder a la piscina interior y el chico que estaba allí desentendido total .Te cobran el parking cosa que me parece un robo ya que el parking es del hotel .Te cobran un depósito de 500€ para un Resort como Hilton es un detalle feo . Teníamos una habitación con vistas al mar pero nos asignaron una sin vistas , eso si ,muy grande y con todas las comodidades.

Predivan hotel, prekrasan pogled i izvrsna usluga – definitivno mjesto u koje se vrijedi vratiti.
Pros:

Vrlo ugodan boravak. Hotel je prekrasno smješten, s prekrasnim pogledom na more. Sobe su udobne i čiste, a cijeli objekt je vrlo dobro održavan. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uslužno. Izvrsno mjesto za opuštanje - rado ćemo se vratiti.

Cons:

Nemam većih zamjerki. Boravak je ispunio naša očekivanja i ostavio nam je vrlo lijepe uspomene.

We never considered coming here twice but we did. This time, the offer actually met our expectations and other than exactly this, there wasn't anything wrong with the property last time. Truly impatient fellows may find their challenge when using the elevators - too few if the house is fully booked (what it was). And getting into the water without proper shoes could become unpleasant. But as you may have realized, that's complaining at a very high level. It's a nice resort at a great location and if you don't have to count every €€, you'll have a great vacation.

Fitnessstudio, Lage, Aussicht, Parkmöglichkeit, Sauberkeit der Zimmer, Stauraum im Zimmer. Personal war sehr freundlich, Essen beim Buffet war ok aber nichts Besonderes. Essen Im Strandlokal gut aber zu teuer.

Cons:

Alle Polstermöbel im Außenbereich waren schäbig und verdereckt eigentlich musste man sich überlegen ob man sie benutzen will. Kaum etwas für Teenager: keine Spiel oder Sportmöglichkeiten (ab 12 Fitnessstudio), kein Aufenthaltsraum, oder Tischtennis , Billard oder ähnliches. Was uns auch sehr gestört hat war, dass für ein so großes Hotel die Terassenplätze beim Frühstück viel zu gering waren, mann musste also oft bei schönstem Wetter im viel zu stark gekühlten und zugigen Innenbereich sitzen. Problem gabe es auch bei der tel. Erreichbarkeit as hat bei 10 Versuchen nur 1x jemand abgehoben.
