Pros:

Das hotel war modern eingerichtet. An der eigenen Bucht konnte man schön baden. Nach Rijeka war es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Es gab genügend Parkplätze. Das Fischrestaurant und das italienische Restaurant waren sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Personal war mit einigen Ausnahmen (z.b. Rezeption, Fischrestaurant, Italienisches Restaurant, Poolbar) unfreundlich. Die Spiegeleier, Rührei, Omelette beim Frühstück waren kalt. Es gab keinen frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Die Cocktails und Mocktails waren nicht einem Hilton Hotel würdig. Viele waren billige Sirups zusammengemischt. Der Mojito war Rum mit Wasser und 2 Minzblätter. Erst nach einer Beschwerde haben wir wenigstens 2 scheiben Limmette und etwas Zuckersirup bekommen. Jedoch immer noch keinen richtigen Mojito.
In jedem Restaurant gibt es andere Getränke. Das fängt schon beim Wein an. Manche Sachen z.b. Affogato stehen auf der Karte, gibt es aber nicht.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und der Ausblick fantastisch. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück war genial!
Der Außenpool ist riesig und der Strand schön und einladend.

Cons:

Leider war der Kakao ungenießbar, aber alles andere war top.
Die großen Liegebetten sind leider nicht gratis und man muss für jedes kleine Extra bezahlen, z.B. konnte man sich einen Regenschirm ausborgen, musste dafür aber 3€ für 48 Stunden bezahlen.
Auch das Parken ist mit 25€ am Tag teuer, obwohl der Parkplatz zum Hotel gehört.

The location is wonderful, the beach is absolutely stunning, and the food is first-class. The staff are among the most polite, respectful, and professional people we have ever encountered. The rooms and the overall quality of the hotel exceed all expectations.

We have stayed here several times, and the quality has remained consistently outstanding. It’s always a pleasure to return.

Cons:

Financially, they have not acted correctly. They charged my security deposit twice, and the dispute is still ongoing. Both the local consumer protection authority and the EU consumer protection network have been involved. Their response times have been very slow, and their handling of the matter has not been fair or professional.

Fantasztikus szálloda
Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, igazán modern szálloda. A panoráma, a strand magáért beszél. A szoba tiszta volt és minden nap mindent újra feltöltöttek. A konditerem is fantasztikus. Az ételek finomak és változatosak voltak, a személyzet nagyon kedves volt mindenhol.

Cons:

Egyetlen lift visz le a strandra és az egész szálloda azt az egyet használja, ez kicsit megnehezíti a közlekedést.
