הדירה נחמדה.

Cons:

נוף מהחלון לאתר בנייה. לא היו וונטות בחדרי האמבטיה והשירותים גם לא היה רשת בחלונות כדי לאוורר היה אפשר לפתוח חלון עם סיכון שיכנסו תיקנים וכו׳.. לא הייתה כספת. היינו בשבת וכשומרי שבת לא ממליצה בכלל לשומרי שבת לשהות בדירה הזאת. ביום חול נחמד, בשבת ממש לא. הכל חשמלי יש אינטרקום בכניסה לבניין הכניסה רק עם קוד גם ביציאה מהבניין רק עם לחיצה על כפתור חשמלי. גם כשביקשתי פיתרון לפני שבת אמרו לי שמנתקים את זה בשבת מה שלא קרה בפועל. אני מבינה את הצורך בשמירה על הבניין אבל צריכים למצוא פיתרון לשומרי שבת כמו מפתח שיכולים להשתמש בו במקום. זה הקשה עליו מאוד את השהות. וגם בדירה למרות שנתנו לי מפתח היתה נעילה חשמלית לדלת. בקיצור לשומרי שבת שחשוב להם העניין הזה לא מומלץ.

היה מושלם בדיוק מה שהיינו צריכות לסופש בנות מהמם!
Pros:

המקום נקי מאוד, מסודר, מאובזר והתאים בול לצרכים שלנו. התקשורת מול הבעלים היתה מאוד חיובית ובאה לקראתנו בבקשות מיוחדות.

Pros:

Полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Отличная локация, позволяющая добираться до всех интересных мест пешком. Очень уютно и вместе с тем открыто и атмосферно. Оперативное взаимодействие с арендодателем.

Not a good value for money
Pros:

The location was good for those how wish Disengoff street to be their main vacation spot.

Cons:

The pictures don't reflect the apartment's true condition- so we were very disappointed!
The place is suffering from poor maintenance - the coloring of the walls, bathrooms flooring, the balcony wich was dirty and without any styling at all, halfway falling curtains bar, damaged dining table... etc.
The contact person did not inform us in advance there's no automatic boiler for hot water and after we asked about it, she forgot to mention there are two different boilers for the showers upstairs and downstairs. It wasn't very nice to figure this out and it took a long time for the water to warm and they ended after a few minutes... not a good shower experience.

Pros:

Location was excellent and they were very open to feedback.

Cons:

Small things like soap container for soap in the shower, enough toilet paper for 5 people, no detergent even though there was a washing machine, no sugar - basics that are expected at a location. Also it is very cramped. Staff also didn’t speak great English and misunderstood my messages.

La ubicacion es muy buena, y los anfitriones estuvieron siempre en contacto respondiendo rapidamente las inquietudes que teniamos. Un ambiente acogedor y entramos muy comodos 6 adultos.
