Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich. Mit einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Da wir das Zimmer nur für eine Übernachtung zwischen zwei Flügen benötigten, haben wir am Abend auch das Speisen- und Getränkeangebot genutzt. Dass der Anspruch mir nicht sein konnte, eine gastronomische Offenbarung zu erleben, war klar. Dass der angebotene offene Wein jedoch nicht in der Menge ausgeschenkt wurde, die in der Karte angegeben war (25 cl), sondern in einem Glas, das sonst für den Ausschank vom Portwein genutzt wird (10cl) ist auch kein Beinbruch. Allerdings führte meine freundliche Reklamation führte jedoch nicht zur sofortiger Beseitigung des Problems, sondern zunächst zu längeren Diskussionen mit dem Personal und der Erklärung, man habe halt keine größeren Gläser. Erst auf meinen Hinweis, dass man ja gegebenenfalls nachschenken könne. Er erfolgte eine halbherzige Korrektur (Nachschenken eines halben Glases). Auch wenn ich mir ziemlich sicher bin, dass die ausgeschenkte Gesamtmenge nicht den Angaben in der Karte entsprach, habe ich dann auf weitere Diskussionen verzichtet.

Cheguei ao hotel por volta da meia noite e o quarto que me foi dado a janela não fechava, trocaram me de quarto e deram me outro que a casa de banho estava fora de serviço, tive que ficar com o quarto que a janela não fechava, correndo o risco de alguém entrar a meio da noite porque estava no primeiro andar e havia muros do lado exterior que se alguém quisesse poderia facilmente entrar, já para não falar o barulho a noite toda que foi impossível dormir! Horrível! Pior hotel que já fiquei!!!

Tivemos problemas com o pré-chekin e depois de já instalados outro hóspede entrou no nosso quarto, depois saimos do quarto e ao retornar nosso cartão de acesso não funcionava e tive que ir a recepção pqra resolver. O ar condicionado do quarto não é controlado pelo hóspede.

Front desk staff were pleasant.
There was broken glass on the floor, I didn’t get a full sized bath towel, the toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall, the shelf in the shower for soap was bent all the way vertical, the AC was locked at 24c and it was hot and stuffy in the room all night, and I didn’t feel comfortable opening up the sliding door due to the location.
