overall staff was very helpful but pillows were small and 2 beds were very uncomfortable.
Pros:

the location and staff and cleanliness.

Cons:

the beds are uncomfortable and pillows too small and one bed is leather couch and the other one keeps making noises for every movement, it was too small and felt crowded and no place to place luggage.

Pros:

The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. It is very closed to metro stations, restaurants and supermarkets. the small kitchen is also very well equipped. we definitely would come back!

Overall really nice but the cons do put a damper on the experience a bit
Pros:

Pros:
- Room is very spacious
- Great location, close to the train station
- Great value ( I booked with points)
- There’s a washer/dryer in the room!!!
- No issue with noise
- The reception area is small but nice, good service

Cons:
- Room cleaning is every 3 days , I’m used to daily cleanings , especially when I’m staying at a hotel
- I’m not a fan of the in room sanitized sandals provided , they made the room smell a little

Pros:

A comfortable and clean urban hotel, conveniently located five minutes from "Akihabara Station". Despite the modest room size, the space is well designed and fully functional.
The property offers great bedding, excellent soundproofing, and a peaceful environment.
Laundry machine in the room.
Highly recommended.

Excellent appart-hôtel !
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, appartement tout équipé et surtout très spacieux. Le Personnel fut très professionnel et très réactif à notre demande d'aide pour l'utilisation de la machine à laver. Agréable séjour, nous pensons revenir dès que possible.

La ubicación cercana a la estación

Almohadas intratables.
Dejé la maleta el último día para que la cuidaran, al principio la dejaron en recepción, yo esperaba que la guardaran, sin embargo cuando volví a las horas seguía en el mismo sitio. Cuando entré y cogí cosas no se enteró el personal, así podía haberlo hecho cualquiera. Me parece muy poco profesional en un 4 estrellas.
